Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples or families to spend the holidays.With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all roundRovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Extraordinary journey!

Location and communication were very good. Flat was clean, fully kitted out, the shower had good water pressure . One of the bedrooms is quite small, but you'll most likely be out most of the time, so not a big thing.

Ho trascorso con la famiglia tre giornate a Rovigno. Ho potuto portare anche con noi anche il gatto che è accettato. La Posizione è ottima in pieno centro- appartamento spazioso come da foto corrispondenti. Climatizzatori Daikin ben funzionanti.

Igor bol veľmi priateľský, rýchlo komunikoval, vyšiel nám v ústrety s rezerváciou, neskorším checkout. Cena bola dobrá v porovnaní s ostatnými ponukami v okolí. Ubytovanie má vynikajúcu polohu, je tiché napriek polohe priamo v centre. Väčšia izba je priestranná, posteľ ok, bohužiaľ nebolo možné vetranie, vďaka zápachu, ktorý išiel z vonka a bolo cítiť uhlie z reštaurácie, ktorá je pod ubytovaním. Je tu ale klima tak aspon takto riesene. Druhá izba je nevhodná pre dospelú dvojicu, priliz mala, matrac mäkký, absolútne nepohodlný, až tak že druhý par musel spať na gauči v obývačke. Čo sa týka čistoty tak na prvý pohľad je všetko čisté, kým nezačnete chodiť po byte v ponožkách a máte úplne čierne ponožky. Upratuje sa tu bohužiaľ len že sa povysava a neni umyta podlaha. Kuchyňu sme nepoužívali nevieme ako je vybavena. Kúpeľňa bola v poriadku bohužiaľ není tam okno a nefunguje ventilátor, čo bolo dosť nepríjemné pri dvoch pároch. Pobyt sme si ale užili, vďaka skvelej atmosfére mesta.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

L’appartamento è molto ampio, con una grande zona giorno e una bella camera matrimoniale. La seconda camera e il bagno sono un po’ più piccoli, come si vede anche in foto, ma comunque funzionali. Noi ci siamo fermati solo tre notti, quindi non abbiamo sfruttato la zona giorno, ma questa su presta senz’altro per una permanenza più lunga e per qualcuno che desidera vivere di più la casa. La posizione è centralissima, ma le camere sono tranquille.

High-end vacation!

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt im centrum. Leider gab es für 4 Leute ein bisschen wenig Ausstattung. Zb nur eine wirkliche Bettdecke, 2 von uns hatten dann eine tagesdecke genommen und einer hat mit einem larken geschlafen. Und es gab nur 2 rollen Toiletten Papier den Reste musste man besorgen, was ich so absolut nicht kannte. Und zum kochen war nichts da, Öl Salz Pfeffer. Aber ansonsten hat es gepasst Und der nette Herr von der Unterkunft hat uns angeboten das Gepäck am abreise Tag bis abends noch in der Unterkunft zu lassen da unser Bus erst nachts gefahren ist.
