Bright and homely apartment in secure building, 3 minutes walk from the Underground station and close to all local amenities including shops, beautiful parks and Emirates Stadium, home of Arsenal FC.

The apartment is especially welcome to couples travelling with a small child who can make use of the second bedroom. And there's a balcony that gets good morning sun, perfect for an al fresco breakfast!

This is our family home and as such you will find an authentic local experience and the apartment fully equipped with:
- UK king bed (5'x6'6") in main bedroom and UK single bed (3'0"x6'3") in second bedroom (ideal for a child)
- ensuite toilet & shower in main bedroom plus separate full bathroom including bath
- kitchen has all the appliances, utensils and even basic cooking ingredients you might need, including: high end Sage Barista Touch bean-to-cup coffee machine, Ninja food blender, Sage pressure & slow cooker, Sage Bakery Boss mixer, Aarke water carbonator, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer
- LG 65" Ultra HD 4K OLED smart TV and Sonos Arc soundbar in the living room with Sky Q cable TV and Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video all logged in
- Hisense 50" Ultra HD 4K QLED smart TV in the main bedroom, no Sky TV there but all the same streaming services present

The perfect place to stay for an Arsenal game. The neighborhood is quiet but has plenty of delicious restaurants close by. Very close to the Arsenal tube station, it’s easy to get anywhere in London. The flat was so cozy and nice, everything you could possibly need is provided. The host was wonderful to coordinate with, answering questions very quickly and accommodating our early check in. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

We had a great stay! The apartment was well appointed and close to transit to get to central London. If you are coming from out of town to catch an Arsenal match, it’s hard to imagine a better location. As an added bonus, my 3 year old enjoyed having toys and a toddler bed on site.

Wonderful home!

I had a great experience staying in James’ wonderful home, as well as coordinating with James himself. James was incredibly accommodating as well as very welcoming and communicative. I would definitely recommend staying in his lovely home to anyone considering booking a stay in London!

Great appartment in a quit neighbourhood.

Great appartment in a quit neighbourhood. It has everything you need. In hot weather it is a bit warm inside, but ventilators are present. It is a 5 minute walk to the underground Piccadilly line. Beds are comfortable. The host James is very kind and communication with him is easy.

Fantastic Flat

James's flat was perfect for our family of three. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location for any Gunner's fan and close to the tube. James responded quickly and was available to answer any questions. He allowed us to stow our luggage before check-in which was very helpful since we landed in London so early. If this flat is available, definitely book!
