Our modern four-bedroom city centre townhouse is perfect for guests staying in the capital for either business or pleasure. The property boasts spacious open plan living areas, striking bedrooms, comfortable seating, and dining areas. The property is pet-friendly and ideal for families and large groups. The townhouse is based over four floors and can accommodate up to a maximum of 16 persons depending on the family mix.
All of the capital’s most famous landmarks & attractions are within walking distance. These include the London Eye, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, and the Tower of London. The townhouse is under a 10-minute walk from Waterloo International Station, Lambeth North, and Elephant & Castle tube stations.
There is a great selection of independent retailers, restaurants, and pubs all within a minute's walk of the property. The local area has ample outdoor space available within a short vicinity including Archbishops Park which caters for those who have a passion for outdoor sports (tennis, football, cricket, basketball, and a kid's play area).

Brought family over for a 1/2 time stay in the city and the other 1/2 in the English countryside. David was super easy to work with and very responsive before and during our stay.
The property was great - very clean with everything we needed. We had not stayed in this neighborhood before but really liked it - lots to do. Would highly recommend.
The host, David was wonderful. He was very accommodating and had an assortment of snacks upon arrival for us. The place was extremely clean, looked just liked the pictures and had walkability. We would stay again.
David was great to deal with - very nice and thought about our needs and made things easy. The place is great - big beds (was not expecting that in Europe!), enough space for a big group, well kept, and a great, walkable location while still feeling like a neighborhood and not as touristy. Would highly recommend!
Great rental for families or groups with four levels and plenty of space for all. Lovely decor! David is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Easy to get the tube, buses and Uber to get around London.
This property worked perfectly for our multigenerational family of seven. It’s conveniently located with plenty of space. Check-in and -out were easy and quick. All amenities were as advertised and the house was nicely outfitted with everything we needed. Wonderful experience!
The townhome suited our needs perfectly. David provided clear & concise check-in info, and not only were we greeted with snacks and fresh fruit, but one of David's colleagues made sure that we were settled in. Hassan was responsive to random questions, which was helpful.
The location is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the tourist sights if you don't mind a 15 min walk. There are many stores and restaurants close by, and we made sure to partake!
The townhome was fully stocked and beautifully furnished. Our group of 12 was very comfortable.

New, Beautiful, Clean and Fully Equipped in a great location
The host was communicative and accommodating. The house is large, clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you could want in a VRBO and more. The best VRBO experience. It was walking distance to lots of tourist sites, like the London Eye, Westminster Abby and Big Ben. The tube stop is down the street and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants around. We travelled as 2 families with 3 young kids each. This house would be great for adults, friends, or families. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for all 10 of us! Stay here and you will not be disappointed.
We wholeheartedly recommend this property without reservation.
The location is superb - easily walkable to the river, Southbank and Covent Garden and is well connected for public transport.
The property has high-end finishes, is very well-kept and clean. We received a lovely welcome from the property manager who was very communicative before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
There was lots of separate space for six adults as well as a lovely communal kitchen and reception area to allow for convivialities.
We will definitely be looking to book this property again in the future.

Vanessa and friends were lovely. They looked after the house really well and would definitely welcome them back.
We had a multigenerational family (grandparents, parents, kids) stay here. The layout of a common floor (with kitchen, dining, and living area) large enough for the whole family to gather, as well as individual floors with bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for both private spaces and shared spaces for groups. Well supplied, clean, well maintained. Excellent location for walking to Westminster or public transportation. Our host, David was responsive and very thoughtful. There is some flexibility in sleeping arrangements so please contact host if you’re hesitating - it’s a gem.
This vrbo is the perfect home away from home for four women on a much awaited family getaway! Its location in Southbank is a short and very manageable walk away from Westminster and the London Eye. Lambeth North tube station on the Bakerloo line is merely minutes away so it was super easy to connect to the other stations on the tube! There is a Sainsbury’s local market, Costa Coffee, and Pret A Manger by Lambeth North and you can commute to M&S locations throughout the city for other grocery and shopping. The property is immaculate and exactly as pictured. David welcomed us in person on check in with chocolates and chips plus milk and juice in the fridge and also came by at check out to make sure we were okay. I would recommend this Vrbo enthusiastically for anyone looking to stay in central London.
This was the best Vrbo experience we’ve ever had. David’s communication with us was excellent. We visited with two families over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect. David was so kind to have a Christmas tree and decorations up for us to enjoy along with several treats and goodies. He communicated with us often throughout our visit to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. He went above and beyond our expectations. The home had the perfect amount of space for everyone to stay comfortably. It was clean and tidy exactly as described. The full kitchen allowed us the flexibility to have meals there on occasion instead of having to eat out every meal. The location was phenomenal. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. For the places further away, the tube station was right around the corner and easy to get to. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely love to visit again.
