This private downstairs unit offers easy ground-level access and is ideal for couples, small families, or travelers with dogs. Enjoy a spacious, fully fenced backyard, a new deck with grill and outdoor dining area, and a convenient outdoor shower with hot water. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, comfortable living area with cable TV and WiFi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Linens are included for your stay.
Layout & Notes: Guests have a private entrance and exclusive use of the downstairs space, backyard, deck, and outdoor shower. The home is a duplex, with the owner residing upstairs. The upstairs is quiet and respectful of guest privacy, but light daytime footstep noise is possible, as is typical in a multi-level home. Both bathrooms feature compact shower stalls, consistent with many classic beach homes. While the indoor bathrooms are cozy, the outdoor shower is a guest favorite and provides a more spacious option for rinsing off.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $175 non-refundable pet fee. Please be sure to select “traveling with pets” when booking so the fee is properly applied. This ensures guests without pets are not charged unnecessarily. Unauthorized pets will result in the fee being added to the reservation.

This is a great hidden gem nested amongst multi million dollar homes. Just steps away from the beach and an easy walk into town. Great value and awesome place for dog owners. Thanks Lee for letting us stay at your place.
This was a great space for my family. My wife, 2.5 year old son, and 5 year old pup were very content with our stay. Shortest walk to the beach. Short walk to The Boat House for dinner or happy hour. A great fenced in backyard with a grill. I cooked three nights, which I’ve never done on vacation. Hosts were great too.
Everything was exceptional. Clean space. Available washer and dryer. Place to wash sand off. Close to the beach. Very dog friendly. Super friendly host. And their dog Judd was amazing!

Wonderful place to stay. This was our second time here and it was wonderful.
This little house was perfect for my family to stay in during our beach vacation, the owner was nice and gave us suggestions and helped when we needed it. We will stay again when visiting Charleston.
We had a very pleasant stay at the house. The owners (who live upstairs) were very nice to chat with and very accommodating. We had our pooch with us, and having the fenced backyard area was very nice for her. The beaches were just a short walk from the house; we were on the sand in less than five minutes. We would definitely stay here again!
