No Parking, Croweded Area, Apartment (not a house).

The property is a flat/apartment in a very busy part of town. There is no immediate parking for the property. The parking is out on the street, if you can find any. Also, it was a nice touch that the apartment was just down the street from a motorcycle biker bar. Most young kids don't find the loud bikes and black leather clad riders too inviting. If you like crowds, no parking, and motorcycle gangs, this place would be great. In short, not what we expected. Had to book a hotel at the last minute. Owner offered no cure, compensation, or refund.
