Villa Runo is a 90m² comfortable and modern log house with air-conditioning, located on a hill, facing to the lake. 3 bedrooms, spacious parlor and kitchen, terraces and a grill. Sauna on the beach. A piano in the cottage. Canoes, rowing boats and basic bicycles are free to use. We can offer more sleeps between April and October, in sweet summer cabins.

We do our best to let our guests have a really nice holiday, and welcome them to a clean, well equipped and beautiful cottage. We help our visitors to start with their vacation without extra stress, help with sauna, boats etc. We situate 20 km from a nice small town Mikkeli in Southern Finnish lakeside. We have here beautiful forest garden, spacious yards and the beach with saunas, boats, canoes etc.

Why they chose this property

Our region has a real Finnish countryside atmosphere and long history with lakeside living and many manor houses which today function as restaurants, handicraft shops etc. It is very easy to catch a fish, pick berries or mushrooms, take photographs, go cycling or boating or canoeing. Or just enjoy the log house, read a book, and rest. We have outside camping fireplace in addition to a grill.

What makes this property unique

Scandinavian style fresh, spacious and clean cottage standing on the hill with a vies to the lake and forests, one floor log house with an own garden and terraces. Inside moderns equipments, beautiful table ware, comfortable furniture and a good tv and radio, piano, fireplace. Sauna on the beach.
