About this property

This beautiful home sits on a tree-lined street in the center square of Armenoi Village. A private entrance and pathway, and thoughtfully landscaped grounds invite you into the front yard. Upon entrance in the main building, you are warmly greeted by the wooden ceiling, fresh paint, and a bright and open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen to the living room and leading to the inviting, sunny backyard.
The main building offers 2 majestic bedrooms in the upper floor along with 2 traditionally designed stone wall bathrooms, one on each floor.
The second building features the 3rd bedroom, a kitchen and another living room. Both of the living room sofas can turn into a sofa beds. Each building also offers a dinning area where the guests can enjoy their meals.
Meticulous attention to detail is presented in the outdoors area, decorated with plenty of trees which hug the private pool space. Adjacent to the living room, there’s a comfortable family room with a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Lastly, do not hesitate to enjoy cooking outdoors in our traditional pizza oven and BBQ.

Why they chose this property

Armenoi is a village and former municipality in the Chania regional unit, Crete, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Apokoronas, of which it is a municipal unit. The seat of the municipality is in the village of Kalyves.
Armenoi is located inland from Kalyves on the north coast of the island, at the mouth of Souda Bay. A relatively large village, it lies on good agricultural land in the Apokoronas, with groves of avocado, orange and olives around. The village has two large tavernas of good reputation, a grill in summer months and a kafenion, as well as a butcher and general store. The village is shaded by platania trees (Oriental Plane) and the Kiliaris river. The church of Ag. Nikolaos is large and imposing, giving an air of wealth to the village.
