Die Unterkunft hat voll unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Sie liegt in ländlicher Gegend mit schönen Blick auf Wiesen und Gewässer. Wir haben es genossen draußen auf der Veranda, welche Wind geschützt ist zu sitzen. Leider hatten wir einen unvorhersehbaren Wasserschaden im Bad, doch die Besitzerin hat alles getan diesen so schnell wie möglich zu beheben und so hatten wir trotz des Ereignis einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben das Haus in guter Erinnerung und würden wieder kommen.

Doch eher eine Enttäuschung

In Vorfreude auf den Strand waren wir dankbar für einen schon mittags möglichen Check-in. Leider empfing uns das Haus mit einem sehr muffigen, feuchten Geruch, so dass wir den Nachmittag mit dem Lüften des Hauses und dem Trocknen der Betten und Wäsche beschäftigt waren. Ebenfalls mussten wir feststellen, dass es auch an anderen Stellen der Pflege mangelte, Duschkabine schon länger defekt, der Badschrank daher marode, die Tür der Veranda ließ sich nicht öffnen, ein Fenster war defekt und einiges schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank, zum Glück gab es einen Geschirrspüler.Besonders enttäuscht waren wir über die abweisende Reaktion der Vermieterin, als wir sie auf diese Dinge ansprachen. Die sonnige Veranda ermöglichte trotz allem eine schöne Fereinwoche, aber der Preis ist nicht angemessen, gerade auch im Vergleich mit zwei weiteren Quartieren in Nordspanien, die wir in diesem Urlaub genießen konnten. Der Strand und San Vicente de la Baquera sind schnell zu erreichen, leider stört die Autobahn die Nachtruhe.

Nice house with fantastic garden, close to village

Nos gustó la casa que tiene la cocina muy bien equipada y la chimenea que da un toque especia. Lo más bonito era estar sentado en el porche, con la bonita vista, tomando un café. Nuestro perro y niño han disfrutado del bonito jardín. Era fácil encontrar la casa y acceder. Carmen es muy buena anfitriona que nos ha dado la info sobre la zona y restaurantes. Entorno rural y bien comunicado

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Está muy limpia y perfectamente equipada. La ubicación es ideal, porque se encuentra en un entorno rural (ganadero), pero muy bien comunicado, a escasos minutos de San Vicente de la Barquera y las autovías. El contacto con la propietaria ha sido muy fácil. La finca es enorme, con muchos árboles, algunos frutales. Nuestro perrito ha disfrutado muchísimo. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos y ojalá podamos repetir.
