Beautiful mountain style townhouse

Mountain-style house with garden and 3 floors.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
1st floor: 1 room with a double bed, another room with two
beds and another full bathroom with shower.
Penthouse: with double bed, large sofa with coffee table, desk, etc.
Large garden with barbecue, porch with furniture and parking space.

The beach is 200 meters (five minutes walk).

The town is located between two estuaries (Tina Mayor and Tina Menor), the sea in front and the mountain behind. The environment is beautiful and the town
It is located next to the Picos de Europa National Park where you can practice all kinds of mountain sports such as hiking,
climbing, canoeing, etc.

Pechón is 8 km away. San Vicente de la Barquera where you can practice surfing and very close are the cities of Comillas and Santillana del Mar
historical and monumental cities. The Autovía del Norte is 2 km away. and connects cities like Santander 60 km. and Bilbao and Oviedo at 150 km. as well as very interesting towns and beaches along the coast where you can enjoy its museums, history, gastronomy, etc.
