A fantastic London house w/ garden & BBQ. Great location!

Comfortable house with huge open-plan living / dining / kitchen, looking onto the well landscaped garden with terrace, BBQ and outdoor fireplace!

Fantastic amenities close by. Grocery store at the end of the road (with post office!), a lovely park and the river c. 200m away.

Brilliant transport links from Hammersmith and Putney Bridge, taking you straight into Central London (or Buses which run from the end of the road).

The house has been decorated by an Interior Designer; comfort being the top priority. The house has been impeccably maintained; everything works and is easy to use; large TVs in all key rooms; the house functions perfectly for any size group (upto 7 ppl + baby).

Included amenities: Wifi, A/C, Welcome Pack, Toiletries, Area Tips, Cleaning, Fridge Fill Service, Cafetiere, 24/7 Support from owner

Home Truths:
- This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

- One of the photos show a bunk bed, but these are now single beds side by side.

- Since the photo shoot the large convex mirror in the study (dark blue room) has been replaced with a 53" TV.

- While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking.

- Please note damage deposit of £500 required on booking, which you will be reimbursed once no damage is confirmed.

Amazing

This was the perfect place to stay for us, it was close to shopping, dining and parks for the kiddo. When we come back we will make sure to check with Louisa for availability. The house was amazing!

Fantastic family stay

Our group of six had a wonderful time staying at Louisa’s place at Palace Riverside and I highly recommend it. The beautiful home is quietly tucked in a couple blocks off a busier road, just a few blocks to Fulham FC and Bishops Park. There is a very convenient corner store a minute walk away from the house that has all the essentials you would need (snacks, sandwiches, light groceries, beer/wine/drinks, etc). A great/safe neighborhood vibe, lots of people walking dogs and exercising. Restaurants start about a half mile from the house in multiple directions. The house is perfect for groups traveling with children. Our daughter (4.5y/o) had a blast with all of the toys and books that were available. The backyard turf area was constantly used for somersaults and cartwheels (as well as evening drinks/stargazing). The two top floor rooms have AC, something we did not want to do without in August. These rooms are intended for kids, though we had two grandmothers share the room with the two single beds. The AC/single beds combo far outweighed any desire of theirs to stay in larger bedroom without AC. I will mention to expect stairs, especially if staying in the upper rooms. There are appropriate baby gates to protect wondering children. The house is in between a couple underground stops (Hammersmith and Putney), each about a mile from the front door. There are bus stops at the end of the road that will take you to them (though we would typically bus to the West Brompton station), but it’s something to note if you are traveling with older guests. You can expect to add 20 mins from whatever tube stop you get off at to get the rest of the way home. Louisa was quick to respond to questions and was very pleasant to deal with. She went out of her way to assist with a minor issue and we were very thankful for it. For our group and needs, the house was a perfect fit. Scot
