Fully stocked bungalow just blocks away from the beach with a view from second floor balcony. Sleeps ten. Two bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom and one bedroom on the main floor with attached full bathroom. Living room is open to kitchen and dining room. Fenced back yard with firpit. Plenty of elbow room for everybody.

Enjoy walks along the beach, build a sandcastle or just sit and listen to waves. Seabrook is less than a mile away with shopping, restaurants or go bowling at the recently remodeled Naval base. Conveince store across the street and darling coffee shop a block away. Thank you for viewing!

We loved this property! We hope to come back yearly. Very well stocked with everything we needed, fun games and activities, and an easy walk to beach. Host was easy and timely to communicate with. Great place!

This place was exactly right for us. It’s got plenty of space and a huge kitchen. The decor is very funky and shabby in the best ways. We love Pacific Beach and will continue to choose the real deal over Seabrook.

Great stay! Close walk to beach. House was fully stocked with everything you will need along with a lot of games and activity’s. Great spot for fire in back yard fire pit. Plenty of sleeping space for family and friends. Host was very responsive.

Communication was good and quick.Great place for larger families/ very kid friendly with games, toys, inside and out to keep them busy.Little bit longer walk to the beach than expected.Plenty of dishes and cookware, large kitchen for tag teaming a meal.Bedding, towels very clean and many blankets available.Enjoyed our time there.

This home was perfect for our little family and small dogs. It had a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. It has easy access to the beach and is only a short drive from a little grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely book again.

The host responded quickly to my messages, the house was pretty awesome, plenty of space for people to sleep, lots of activities provided. We were just there to run a relay race, so we didn't really have time to appreciate all the amenities, but I thought it was cool they were provided. A cute house and a great location close to Seabrook.

Family friendly & great location

We've stayed in 6 different houses in Pacific Beach and this was by far our favorite. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spacious place 2 blocks from the beach. We'll absolutely be staying here again!

The property was perfect for our needs, and the house is so comfortable and inviting. The large family dining table was perfect for our families and for pre - Thanksgiving crafting on a rainy day. On our sunny days, we had Pacific Beach at the end of our block and had several beautiful walks. We had a lot of fun and will definitely be back to the Lucky 13! And to our host - thank you for the hot chocolate bar! The teens loved it and so did the parents (even better with the addition of some adult beverages).

Perfect Family Beach House
