Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearics (2.5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas on the island has developed along it. Here you will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding routes and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Just 7 kilometres from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahon, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and its fun evenings on one of its terraces.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Accommodation in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule.
