Well-equipped kitchen, with fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher.
Utility room with washing machine, dryer, and freezer.
Alfresco dining area with sunshade. Brick-built BBQ.
Roof terrace with wonderful views of the sea.
Spacious garden front, side and back of house, with oleanders, bougainvillea, and lemon tree. Plenty of grassy areas for running around on.
Close to array of beautiful beaches, restaurants, the delightful village of Binibeca, bike and walking trails.
One minute from fabulous position to watch spectacular sunsets over the sea, looking towards Mallorca.
Close to airport - occasional plane overhead.
Fifteen minutes to Mahon, with its beautiful historic centre, harbourside restaurants, boat, snorkelling, diving and fishing trips, shops, daily fish market.

A Minorca come a casa

Why they chose this property

Relatives bought a house nearby 50 years ago. They love coming here. We visited and fell in love with the area, too. We were so fortunate to find this villa in Cap d'en Font, belonging to an old couple who wished to move to Sant Lluis to be closer to their family. This is now our incredibly special extended family holiday home. We have redone the house extensively throughout, while relishing the wonderful plants that the original couple so carefully tended. Our family loves the sea. This house is a few steps from a gorgeous sea, close to little beaches, to wonderful restaurants, to harbours and to boats. We adore it! If it weren't for work we would all be there all the time!

What makes this property unique

The house has a wonderful heart - a living room connected to the kitchen, and steps away from the bedrooms. It is a social place. But then outside you have many places to sit and enjoy the sunshine. On the terrace at the front, under the trees where you can put chairs and there is a rope seat on a branch. At the back by the BBQ, by the pool. Upstairs on the terrace with wonderful views of the sea. Or wander off and jump in the sea.
