We appreciated the flexibility of an early check-in and easy communication. Overall we had a great stay. The best thing was the location which was safe and made it easy to see many sites
The apartment was well located in a convenient area. It was exceptionally noisy with construction taking place overnight and into the morning. I've stayed in about a dozen European VRBOs, including two others in Rome, but haven't experienced this level of noise. It sounded like they were working on our building. Otherwise the apartment was good. The shower is as tiny as any I've used and the shower head sprays water onto the floor but it's nothing you can't handle with towels. Check-in was perfect and the rental company helped us with transportation from the airport. The futon in the living room folded out to a comfortable bed for one person. The bedroom and loft space were spacious and comfortable. Having a lift is very convenient as well.
The agent who met us and helped with our check-in and introduced us to the apartment was very helpful and informative. Liked the apartment and location too!
We used the location for a family vacation while we were in Rome for a few days and it was great. The location is so close to major attractions and lots of restaurants. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Check in was quick and smooth. Highly recommend it

The place is located well, but it is not very clean, like the floors were quite dirty. And it was not well equipped no toaster no real way to make coffee except one small stove top expresso maker. Only small tea cups only one small dish towel, the shower head needs to be cleaned as the water sprays all over the place. And whether this is the cause of the water leaking onto the floor or not but that does happen. The bathroom sink looks like it was held together with tape.

Thank you for your feedback.
Regarding cleanliness, had we been informed during your stay, we would have intervened immediately to resolve the issue. As for the equipment, the amenities provided are clearly listed in the description. The stovetop espresso maker is a traditional and common coffee option in Italy. Dishware and linens are supplied according to the standard setup of the apartment.
Concerning the shower and bathroom fixtures, we regularly carry out maintenance checks.
We always encourage guests to communicate any issues during their stay so we can address them promptly and ensure a better experience.
Great location. Beautiful apartment. Plenty enough space for us. The elevator was a bit of a challenge with four people and bags but we negotiated it. Was worth the effort.

Check-in was a breeze and the car to the airport at the end of our airport was spacious and a great help.
All was great, but felt the cleaning of the floors could have been much better and the bathroom counter top should be repaired properly, not just with electrical tape.
This ideal location and quaint property was a highlight of our stay in Rome. The property manager was very helpful, and the property is within walking distance to quaint alleyways, cafes, and historic sights. Loved it!
Overall, a nice place with a great location. the only watch out was that the loft space with the second bed was extremely warm despite the air conditioning. Perhaps having a fan up there to help mix the air would have helped.
This apartment was fabulous! Full of character and charm- I loved opening the windows in the late afternoon to hear the church bells ringing and the buzz of rhe city. The beds were comfy and the amenties great. For us, the very best part of this apartment was its amazing location. Walking distance from so many landmarks! The host was also very accommodating to our check-in needs which was greatly appreciated. I can't wait for a return visit to Rome! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I travelled to Italy with my two young adult kids- we visited Milan, Lake Como, Tuscany, Venice and Florence. Of all the places we stayed, this apartment was our absolute favorite. I highly recommend it!
