The apartment is situated at 4° floor, with elevator. The flat is great 65mq with a beautiful Balcony of 5mq, here there is a table with a chairs where you can enjoy the panorama of the city and get a glimpse of the magnificent Basilica of St. John in Lateran!

There is a parquet in all the flat. Here can leave comfortable 5 persons.
There is a luminous living room with an elegant table with chairs, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed very comfortable and stylish, a large SMART TV and an efficient A/C; in the bedroom there is a new King size bed, a big closet and a large window.

Also there is a big and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, ecc.

Wonderful host & great place

Terrific stay in a vibrant Rome neighborhood. Our first trip to Rome and Daniela was super helpful even to the point of helping us with logistics like directions and transportation. Great location that allowed us to walk to most of our tours and also great dining options with a responsive and accommodating host. We hope to stay again

First time in Rome

It’s a good location, not too far from the Train station. There’s metro right there as well. Seemed like every time I mapped a walk it was 7-10 minutes. Just fine for us. Hope we can come back someday.

Property is spacious and quite, in a great location, with a bar on the ground floor of the building serving Italian wine's from small producer's, as well as coffee, pastries and small plate. There's also a bakery, veg shop and brilliant delicatessen nearby.Good base to explore Rome.

Nice apartment with easy access to many attractions. We could walk or catch the metro to just about anywhere which was great. Good size, good comms and nice kitchen too. Shower was a little hot and cold, but fine for us.

We had an amazing stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything, but still tucked away enough to feel like a local. The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the nearby dining options and a fantastic corner coffee shop that quickly became our go-to spot each morning. The host was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a seamless and authentic stay!

Great location

Great location! Balcony was a hit! The bar/cafe downstairs was wonderful! We got in late and didn’t have coffee or milk for the morning, so the manager sold us some very cheap to make, and the beds were comfy. Good WiFi.

Great Location!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We anrr early and Daniela was very gracious to let us check in a bit early. The apartment is clean, and looks just like the listing description. It’s close to the Colosseum as described and walking distance to many other places. Our favorite part was sitting on the terrace every night and people watching. Our favorite restaurant nearby was Vecchia Roma.

Great location

We stayed at this listing for 3 nights prior to going on a cruise. We were able to walk or take the metro to all of the tours were had set up. It felt very safe. There were several coffee shops on the same block that were perfect for breakfast. The owners was very easy to communicate with. We appreciated her letting us in a little early on our day of arrival.

Great Place, Great Location

The apartment was comfortable and Daniela communicated well. There was one issue and it was taken care of immediately. Daniela was flexible on our check-in time as well. The proximity to Roma Termini was fantastic. Easily walkable and we could anywhere from there. Little place on the bottom floor has great coffee in the morning - and a place to have a drink and conversation in the evening if you choose.

Rome Getaway

My family of four spent a few days in Rome and enjoyed our stay. The place is conveniently located near the colosseum, a short 10 - 15 minute walk. All within a short walk is not only this amazing historical sight but also great restaurants and cafes. The neighbor is quiet and safe. The metro is also close so you can get to other areas easily. The apartment was nicely decorated and we had plenty of room. The balcony has a great view of the neighborhood. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was great as well. We highly recommend staying here and if we are lucky to come back to Rome we would stay here again.

Great apartment in a quiet but central neighbourhood!

My stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The location was perfect, situated in a quieter neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of tourists but still very accessible by public transportation or a short walk to major tourist attractions. The nearby Monti neighbourhood offered excellent food options. The apartment is equipped with both an air conditioning unit and a fan, which is excellent for Europe, though North American travelers might find it a bit warm during the summer months. The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating. She provided very accurate entrance instructions and allowed us to drop off our bags earlier than the check-in time, which was a huge convenience. Throughout our stay, she remained available and responsive via WhatsApp and the VRBO app. I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with an outstanding host.

Great apartment in a good location!

This is a nice apartment in a just right neighborhood. The location on the 4th floor puts you above streetlight level and dampens the noise (which is just chatter from the restaurant below and wasn’t bothersome even with the windows open). The elevator is appreciated after a long day of walking but the staircase is open and bright. There are lovely bakeries and restaurants very close but out of the major tourist districts which makes them much less hectic. It is close to a small park and the metro stop, as well as the main train station. The apartment itself is spacious and the balcony is a nice bonus. Supplies are basic but the supermarket is an easy walk if you need more supplies. Daniela is a great host and was helpful to us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay in amazing location

We ( a family of 4) had an amazing time staying in Rome. Daniela kinldy organised a pickup from the airport ( thanks Antonio) as we were arriving late. The apartment is in a very central location with great access to the Metro, Buses, Trams, a supermarket, plenty of restaurants and of course a 10 min walk to the Colosseum. So Pro's and Cons Pros - the location and setup of the apartment. We had some minor issues with the hot water but our host had someone out as soon as possible to sort it out. THANKS Cons - None really. A folder of instructions (such as where to dispose of rubbish) would be welcomed. We would stay again and have recommended the property to friends and family.

Great location, easy to get to. One stop away from Roma Termini on the Metro A line and an easy walk down Via Machiavelli. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and mercatos nearby. The flat is comfortable and has all the essentials, the host was friendly and outgoing. Enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Rome.

The check in process was difficult and confusing. There were no toiletries such as body wash or shampoo and there was less than a full roll of toilet paper. It would be great to have instructions for how to use the washing machine and how/where to dry clothes. A coffee table in front of the couch would also make that space more comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable and the bath towels were rough.

This place was great for our stay. It is a little far from the city center so be prepared to take transportation or to pay for taxis. It’s close to the colosseum but we spent a good amount on transportation to other city spots. However I can’t stress this enough this place feels local the neighborhood had a lot of cute spots we would not have found otherwise. We highly recommend the wine bar/ cafe on the corner they were so helpful! Water is a little hot and cold in the shower and be prepared to buy laundry detergent as there was none there for the washer.

All major bus, underground and tourist bus routes are off the door. 5 minutes of walks from Domus Aurea, between the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and St. john in Lateran. . At 900 mt there is the principal train station 'Termini' (where arrive and leave the train from/to international airport of Fiumicino). At 100 mt there is the subway stop "Vittorio Emanuele".
