Definitely not “Brand New”
The home is in a great location and parking was pretty convenient. Parking was unsecured, and not locked by a gate as was stated (nor was there evidence or there ever being a locked gate), but we had no issues with parking.
Home was spacious, however had several issues. Obviously not maintained recently, there was water leaking from shower into the bathroom, from the bathroom into the kitchen down below, and significant water leaks at the front entry way also. Paint chipping and what looks like water damage in the ceiling and walls throughout is evidence that this has not been renovated anytime recently, as I was led to believe. The back door lock mechanism off of the kitchen jams very easily so we were unable to use the door. The back patio was advertised as a nice space to use, however the grass had not been cut in what looked like a month and the furniture was overturned and thrown around the yard, with cushions wet/dirty.
The beds were comfortable and space usable, but due to the above mentioned things and water issues we ended up leaving a day early.
Neighborhood was fine, area was a convenient location close to city center and train station.
