Spacious 3-bedroom house, Oxford

A comfortable three bedroom house in a lovely neighbourhood. This is located in Oxford only a 10-minute drive and 15-minute bus from the town centre. This house comes fully furnished with a newly fitted kitchen, two sofas, tables, beds, wardrobes etc. The kitchen and furniture was only brought around one year ago. The house has been well looked after and is great quality. Bedding, sheets, towels, crockery etc all included, long stay clients we will clean the house every 3 days!

The property was very nice, well maintained with easy access to transportation to Oxford and later to the airport. I really appreciated the Tea, Coffee , sugar and milk that were there when we got there. Highly recommend this property.

It was very comfortable and clean. Perfect layout for our family trip. Easy to find. Parking was spacious and a great location to catch buses to downtown, and a short walk in a a great neighbourhood to go eat out. The price was reasonable too. I would stay here again. The host was easily accessible and responded to emails quickly.

We had a lovely stay at this house. It was very clean and the kitchen was very complete. The location is a bit outside the city so you need a car or public transport to get around. The weather was lovely during our stay so we really missed a garden to sit outside.

A wonderful house, exactly as described, the photos do not do it justice. The perfect place to have a rest, unwind and enjoy the sights of Oxford and surrounds. Very well-equipped kitchen, all the utensils you need to cook dinner for a small group or family. The property is in an excellent location, close to shopping centres and just a short bus trip to Oxford City Centre. The provision of a washer was an extra bonus! Having parking at the property was wonderful as it allowed us to park the car and catch a bus most of the time. I would not hesitate to use it again if we’re visiting the area.

I made this booking for four ‘seniors’ for a week. Our intention was to visit a poorly sibling who has been in hospital for several months. The house was spotless, well appointed and warm. It was ideal for our group as we were able to park the car and use the bus to travel to the JR and into Oxford.

Clean and nice house with kind host

The house is in a good neighborhood. The car can be parked at the house and a bus is nearby. We received the check-in data a little late, but everything else was very good. A flexible and very kind host, a clean house and a well-sorted kitchen. Recommended!

This was a good place for a short family stay. We were attending a wedding and this house gave us more space and comfort than the average hotel room - for a much better price. A bit out of the centre but an easy bus ride (line 8). Communication with the owner was a bit sparse but we did get all the info we needed in time for our arrival. Overall, a good stay - we'd do it again if in Oxford. Thank you

Wonderful and comfortable

This was a great place to call home for a few weeks. Plenty of bedrooms (3) - I used one as an office as I was working remotely while my daughter was attending school in Oxford. Views from the upstairs back bedrooms were nice - with the countryside in the background. Very comfortable, pleasant, and clean accommodations that were well-stocked - towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, tea ware, etc. Adem and his wife were very gracious hosts and ensured we had everything we needed.

One night stay in Oxford

Adem was great about communication which helped because we were tired after just flying into London from Chicago and having the need to get into the city center for a limited amount of time and the one night stay. The roundabout in the area was a little hard to navigate for us first-timers, but there is a lot to see in the area. We were close to Blenheim palace for our next day. My husband thought the bed was very comfortable after the long day. Thank you!

Nice stay in Oxford

The property was very clean and comfortable. Adjusting the temperature in the property was not very apparent but Adem was quick to help us. All of us being around 75 years of age, after tiring international flights and local train journeys and being unfamiliar with the local bus systems, we neither had the enthusiasm nor energy to climb up the slope to get to grocery stores or restaurants. It was several miles from the center of town. Therefore we spent a good amount of money on Taxi services. But the owner was very helpful in providing us all the information and help we needed. It is really commendable. He even complied to our wishes for a late checkout. On the whole the stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.

Weekend Break

House was good for our weekend break in Oxford. Very clean and tidy. Agree with a previous reviewer that it was odd to find that food in fridge and freezer hadn’t been cleared out. A small sharp knife would be useful plus instructions for the heating - we managed to turn it on when it was cold but couldn’t work out how to turn it off! Communication with the owner before our trip was good. Our only disappointment was that a van was parked on the drive meaning it was tight for us to get in and out of our car when parked. When I emailed the owner to ask about it didn’t receive a response. We managed but it was a pain having to squeeze into the car and then move it so everyone else could get in.

Die Unterkunft ist eine typische englische Doppelhaushälfte, die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet war und für uns perfekt gepasst hat. Es gab auch Spülmaschinentabs und Waschpulver - nicht selbstverständlich! Was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage war nicht zentral, aber gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Eine Bäckerei oder Lebensmittelladen in Laufnähe wäre noch schön gewesen. Wir waren trotzdem rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Gutes Quartier für Aufenthalt in Oxford und Cotswold

Sehr gut gelegenes Quartier für eine große Familie für Reisen nach Oxford. Das Zentrum ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Für Touren mit dem Auto in die bezaubernden Cotswold-Orte ebenfalls ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Schöne Ferienwohnung und freundliche Vermieter.

Not as large as we expected from the listing. Reasonably clean and tidy but strange to find food in the fridge and freezer. Very little extra; no dish cloths and limited utensils etc. TV has week signal and kept breaking up. WiFi woked OK. Good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Beds were comfy. Maybe it's due to its proximity to Oxford but feels a bit pricey for what it includes.
