Set in a prime beachfront position, the apartment offers the perfect blend of coastal tranquillity and easy access to Worthing’s vibrant town centre and historic pier, both just a short stroll away. Enjoy a quieter stretch of beach on your doorstep, ideal for peaceful morning walks or relaxing evenings by the sea.

Inside, the space is bright, stylish and thoughtfully appointed, with a south-facing lounge and adjoining kitchen both overlooking the coastline. Comfortable furnishings, fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV create a space that’s equally suited to unwinding or working remotely.

Both bedrooms are positioned at the rear for added privacy and restful sleep, complete with blackout curtains throughout.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please clean & put away any kitchen items used.
Before you depart, please could you take any rubbish out to the bins (including from the bedroom / bathroom bins if you have used them).  Please leave all used towels in the shower.
When you are ready to leave, please could you leave the keys on the dining table and just pull the door shut behind you ? The cleaners will be there just after 10 and will pick up the key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No charging of electric vehicles allowed. All doors and windows must be left closed whenever you leave the apartment.
No smoking, vaping or burning of candles or flammables in the property including any of the communal areas.
Please leave the property in good order-dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up and put away items used.

The apartment is clean, nicely decorated with a cracking view of the ocean. Everything you need for a fun holiday is either a walk or bus ride away. The host Sally makes you very welcome, the Easter card was nice. Will book again.

This was our second visit to this lovely seafront apartment, and we have already booked for another stay. It's quiet, clean and comfortable. My wife and I love to have breakfast in the bay window, looking out at the sea. It feels like another home to us.

Perfect Location

We loved being across the road from the beach. The flat is well within walking distance for shopping and the pier. We've decided to make this our go to place to stay when visiting our friends.

Lovely long weekend by the Beach

Was a perfect location to visit family in Worthing , spend some time at the beach and visit Arundel and Brighton. Highly recommended. Parking is a little harrowing but otherwise stellar.

Short break by the sea

We were looking for accommodation with a sea view to escape for a few nights. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and contained everything anyone would need. Communication was great with the host. Approximately 7 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay!

AN ABSOLUTE GEM

What a lowely flat. Exceptionally clean, super comfortable beds, absolutely great views of the coastline, fully equipped. Would certainly rent from again. Wouild be nice to have an earlier checkin instead of 5pm but made it work.

Great vacation

I was very pleased to live in a cozy and bright apartment. The view from the window was amazing. The apartment had everything necessary for living. The place is quiet, there is a shop nearby, a fish shop and a little further in the center there are many cafes and restaurants. The owner was always in touch, very kind and responsive. Thanks

Cozy Apartment by the Water

We stayed in England for a break after some overseas travel. The apartment was perfect for us - beautiful views of the water and walking distance to whatever we needed. There was a festival down at the Worthing Pier area and we all had lots of fun in the arcade. The apartment was well maintained with all of the modern conveniences, and excellent instructions for how to operate everything. Thanks Sal!!

In town for a wedding...

We found the apartment very well presented and functional, with an excellent kitchen and modern appliances. Bathroom is somewhat small, but that's to be expected in these updated older houses and is part of the charm. Marvellous view across the road to the sea, although being a major thoroughfare the constant traffic noise can be a bit bothersome if the windows are open (but that's not a criticism of the apartment or owner). The town centre is just a short pleasant walk along the foreshore away.

Book it ASAP!

I am a picky traveler, and I have to say this property exceeded all of my expectations. I feel like I've met my Vrbo soulmate in this property because the level of cleanliness was very high, and all of the amenities were extremely thoughtful. From the guestbook that outlined tips about the area to instructional manuals on how to use all the appliances to the thoughtful details of the twinkle lights...nothing was missed. It's always hard staying somewhere when you don't feel comfortable because the host hasn't cleaned properly or thought of the details. You don't have to worry about anything with this accommodation. It's absolutely perfect.

Zeer net appartement! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan drukke weg, maar daar hoor je weinig van in de slaapkamers. Uitzicht op zee en gezellig stadje met leuke winkels en een boulevard met pier. Zelfs een dagje Londen is goed te doen. Wij zijn met de auto naar Redhill gereden en vandaar met de trein verder. Met een dagkaart voor trein en metro. Bij de balie een kaartje geregeld met groepskorting omdat we met z’n drieën waren.

I love being by the sea, love eating out and sampling the odd cocktail! Worthing has it all - you could try a different cuisine every day without leaving the town though there are lots of other local towns to visit too !

Why they chose this property

We have put a lot of thought into kitting out our apartment comfortably and with everything you could want to enjoy your break by the sea - i really hope you like it !

The location is amazing. The wander into town along the beach takes you past fish sellers, the outdoor gym, picnic & BBQ area, bike hire, paddle board hire, the arty quarter, the beach huts and various cafes. Continue up the seafront to the pier or into the town centre, hire a bike to cycle up the prom or rent a paddle board or a kayak - its all just a short walk away.

What makes this property unique

I have never seen a better sea view than from the large front bay windows of this apartment - there is always something to watch, whatever the time of year or the weather, and with the windows open on a sunny day, you can hear the waves and smell the sea.
