This light-filled apartment was created on the top floor of a Victorian townhouse. The ultra-modern roof terrace, accessed from the kitchen area, has unrivalled sea views stretching all the way from Hastings Castle to Beachy Head. The stylish modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washer- dryer. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
In addition to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles, there is a comfortable, double-sized, sofa bed in the living room.

There is a key safe code located next to the front door. Once you have collected the keys and entered the property, make your way up to the top floor, there is 6 flights of stairs

There is plenty of free on street parking on St Margaret’s road and Magdalen Road just opposite the apartment.
