Great location

Location can’t be beat! There is a small beach just steps away to give into the ocean directly. The property was beautiful and the facilities for the apartment complex were also nice.

Had a great time

Enjoyed the apartment and the awesome view along with the beach and pool. After a day out, relaxing on the balcony’s hammock was a plus and listening to the crashing waves made my trip. Thank you for everything. The owner was very attentive to any issues.

Amazing ocean view

At first glance, I wasn’t very impressed with the look of the building. Like they say what’s more important what’s inside! The inside was cleaned and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. Unfortunately, on our first night there. We were hit by a tropical storm! So being right by the water is not always a good idea specially when is hard to maintain an old building. So water came through the glass door and through the window. Right away called management, thankfully they answered right away! They assured me they will send someone to clean and send new towels but that never happened so had to used all the towels and washed them to use them the rest of my stay. Some bugs came in got rid of two cockroaches and some ants in the kitchen (the roaches were creeping around the living area)The property’s personnel were very attentive and helpful. Overall a good stay!

Short stay

I stayed at this property because of the location near the beach. Initially we had good communication with the host. One wk before i traveled I asked questions and didn't get a response. I didnt get a code to get into the property the night before as indicated on the app. I had to call VRBO because I could not get a hold of the host. Once i arrived to El Salvador she called me back and gave me instructions. The place is ok. The shower does not drain well so while you're in the shower the water is 4 inches deep. The furniture is very uncomfortable. Its patio furniture so we were not able to sit and watch a movie. The closet had paint supplies that seem to be thrown in there. There were no hangers to hang clothes. It wasnt well kept. So I will probably not stay here or recommended it.

This property is in poor conditions and UNHYGENIC

I was extremely disappointed with this property. Upon arrival, I found it in such poor condition that I decided not to stay. The place was not only poorly maintained but also unhygienic, with cleanliness being a major concern. It was nothing like what was shown in the marketing materials, which were very misleading. The condition of the property was unacceptable, and I couldn’t even consider staying there. I would strongly advise you against booking this place.I attempted to cancel my booking through the platform, but there were no options to do so. I also searched for a customer service phone number to call but couldn’t find one.I was able to contact the owner/host and explain the situation and provided photo evidence of the disrepair. She was very apologetic and informed me that she would issue me a refund but could not because the platform had not paid her yet. She said that platform pays them at the end of the Stay.
