The bedrooms consist of three doubles, one of which has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, along with a main bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, log burner and hot tub, along with on street parking. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles you will find a pub, and within 0.9 miles you will find a beach. Please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 54 Pencoed Road is a fabulous property for a Carmarthenshire break.

Town: Burry Port boasts a variety of businesses, a Post Office, many bars, and restaurants and is wonderfully situated on the gorgeous South West Wales coastline. The golf club is known for providing year-round sport, regardless of the weather, and the sandy beach is equally enjoyable on hot summer days as it is on wild storming winter days. The harbour is bustling with activity, and you may sit and watch the fisherman return to land with their loaded boats. The Millennium Coastal Park, with its 22 kilometres of off-road cycling trails, stretches along this stunning coastline, allowing hikers and cyclists alike to enjoy one of Wales' most gorgeous itineraries. Carmarthen is a busy retail hub with several major brand stores as well as small, distinctive Welsh gift shops, wonderful restaurants, tea rooms, bars, a bowling alley, and a theatre for movie fans. Llanelli has a wide selection of out-of-town shops, a modern cinema, a theatre, and a leisure facility, as well as a modern links golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The Ffos Las racecourse is open all year with many meetings for horse racing aficionados, and it is quickly becoming the best new racecourse in the UK. One of Pembrey Country Park's beauties, the eight-mile-long Cefn Sidan beach, is just over two miles away. The neighbouring Pembrey Motor Sports Centre hosts a variety of events, while nature lovers will enjoy the National Wetlands Centre Wales, which is located at the Millennium Coastal Park's eastern end.
