This was a very relaxing and peaceful stay. The countryside is beautiful, its very quiet, and the host is kind and helpful.

Nice terrace with great view

The location is great – right in the middle of nature, a bit secluded but still close to Olbia.Wonderful view from the terrace with a panorama of the mountains, olive trees, sheep, and cows. We saw the sheep and cows very often; that was truly unique.Parking is available right in front of the stairs.The apartment is nice, even if not super modernly furnished.The bed was comfortable.The couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable – very soft and saggy.The apartment is well equipped – hairdryer, washing machine, clothes rack, sun umbrellas, and beach loungers.It was very pleasant on the terrace in the morning.Unfortunately, in the late afternoon and evening, the sun shines very strongly onto the terrace and it was very hot. It would be nice to have a larger sun umbrella with a stand to shade the seating area.The location is quiet.On the other side, there is another apartment belonging to the landlord – the two apartments are separated by a wall, including on the terrace. Unfortunately, we had rather noisy neighbors, and we could hear them very loudly inside the apartment.Communication was mostly straightforward and we received replies relatively quickly.There is also a very lovely dog living on the property – calm and truly very lovable.We would also appreciate it if, at this price, coffee powder was available.We can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment to anyone who values peace and nature but still wants to live relatively centrally (by car).

Thank you Stefanie for taking the time to describe the apartment in detail. As for the tenant, a single person of 70 years, I'm really sorry, he has been a regular for 6 years and has never bothered me, in fact, he doesn't even use the TV because he doesn't like noise. I usually write down who creates inconvenience in the apartment, disturbs or leaves the apartment in terrible conditions and full of rubbish to protect myself and those who live next door and below. I also thank you for the suggestions regarding the services, I will keep it in mind for future tenants who decide to enjoy their holidays in this area. Kind regards Davide

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser außergewöhnlichen Ferienwohnung. Der Gastgeber Davide war sehr freundlich, angenehm diskret, aber jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten – eine perfekte Balance! Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der großzügigen Terrasse und der Möglichkeit, direkt im Hof zu parken. Ein echtes Highlight für unsere Tochter war der kleine Hund Nina, die mit ihrer liebevollen Art sofort unser Herz erobert hat. Auch die ruhige Lage hat uns begeistert – ein magischer Ort für alle, die abschalten und zur Ruhe kommen möchten. Praktisch war auch die Möglichkeit, die Waschmaschine zu nutzen. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Merveilleux paradis

Sehr saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, der Ausblick von der Terasse ist sehr schön. Mit dem Pkw ist man schnell in Olbia oder am Strand. Davide war sehr hilfsbereit!

Muy buena semana

Hemos pasado una muy buena semana. La ubicación de la casa es bastante buena y Davide ha estado muy atento en todo momento. Recomendamos totalmente alojarse aquí. Gracias a Davide por todo y un beso grande a Nina que nos ha hecho pasar una muy buena estancia.

Bellissima casa e propretario sempre disponibile

La casa è ben tenuta e con tutto il necessario. Il propretario di casa è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. La casa si trova in una posizione molto comoda che permette di visitare le piu belle calette della costa smeralda senza doversi allontanare troppo. La consiglio a tutti, sia ragazzi che famiglie, che vogliono passare una bella vacanza in Sardegna.
