House with garden view onTavolara Island - Porto San Paolo

The house is located in the beautiful area of Porto San Paolo. From its terrace you can enjoy the amazing panoramic view of the Isle of Tavolara. The area is peaceful and far from the noises of the center of the village.
Our house can accommodate up to 5 or 6 people; it consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two separate single beds, an American kitchen with a sofa bed (double) and a bathroom with shower; an additional outdoor shower with hot water is available in the rear garden, particularly convenient when returning from the sea.
It is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, dishwasher, satellite television, fridge with freezer and WiFi. In front of the cottage there is both a private car park and a large public car park.
The house is on the edge of the village which can also be reached on foot. The closest services and shops (bakery, supermarket) are about 700 meters away, as well as restaurants and bars. It can be reached from Olbia airport by bus in the direction of Porto San Paolo-San Teodoro.
The closest beach is about 1 km away and many of the most beautiful beaches in the area can be reached by car and are located on the coast in front of Porto San Paolo and San Teodoro (Porto Istana, Porto Taverna, Capo Coda – Cavallo, Cala Brandinchi (little Tahiti), Lu Impostu, Puntaldìa, La Cinta.

House is available on request in october, november and Christmas holidays.

Perfect villa with beautiful view

We had a lovely stay at the house, we had everything that we needed, the house was very well equipped. Rooms were comfortable and air-conditioned. Location of the property was perfect, close to the shops and restaurants and short drive away from a few lovely beaches.Communication was very good and easy with the owners, Fabrizio was very helpful. We would be happy to come back!

Aufenthalt als Paar.

Wir waren im August für eine Woche dort. Die Ortsmitte ist schnell mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles Nötige war vor Ort.

Villetta a schiera situata nella parte alta di Porto san Paolo. L' host è molto disponibile e presente in caso di problemi. La villetta e stata consegnata pulita e in ordine e presenta lavatrice, lavastoviglie e WiFi. No c'è aria condizionata ma tre ventilatori. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno

vacanza nel mio posto preferito

La vacanza di 20 gg. è stata veramente rilassante, la casa è situata in un posto tranquillo lontano dal rumore e con vista sulla Tavolara, è dotata di tutti i comfort e di tutti gli accessori necessari. Comoda anche per raggiungere il centro del paese (volendo anche a piedi non sono piu' di dieci minuti). I proprietari, che abbiamo conosciuto solo alla fine, ci hanno aiutato molto inviandoci un manuale-guida per gestire la casa in modo perfetto (con istruzioni sull'ubicazione dei contatori della luce, gas, lavatrice, etc) e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. Da provare.

Idéal pour un premier voyage en Sardaigne

Agréable villa jumelée, située dans un lotissement résidentiel très paisible, à 10/15 mn à pieds du village de Porto San Paolo (3 mn en voiture). Excellent point de départ pour profiter des nombreuses et superbes plages qui bordent la côte dans un rayon de 15 km, au nord comme au sud de Porto San Paolo. La maison est propre, confortable et convient parfaitement pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Le propriétaire Fabrizio, qui nous a accueillis personnellement, s'est montré serviable et disponible. Il a pris le temps de nous donner quelques conseils pour nos visites et notre séjour s'est déroulé harmonieusement. Nos coups de cœur : la vue sur l'ile Tavolara (bien qu'on ne voie pas la mer depuis la maison), et le tintement des clochettes des brebis en pâture sur la colline voisine...

Nous avons occupé cette charmante maison avec notre fille pendant 15j (possibilité 4/5 pers) en ayant pu apprécier une admirable vue sur l’ile de Tavolara, du calme, et un confort toutes commodités ( machine lave vaisselle et linge, four, plaques gaz…). A Proximité du charmant village de Porto san paolo (600m) avec commerces, de superbes plages à 5-10mn en voiture Nous avons aimé l’accueil de Raphaela et Fabrizio au petits soins (disponibles, guide de la maison et conseils sur les environs) Merci pour tout

Petit coin de paradis !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison. Description conforme à l'annonce (assez grand) et surtout nous avons trouvé la maison très propre (sol, sanitaires, vaisselle). L'emplacement est agréable avec une magnifique vue sur l'Ile de la Tavolara. L'endroit est très calme : nous n'avions pas de voisins à cette période de l'année. Le lit double est très grand et confortable. Le jardin est bien entretenu. Raffaella parle Français ce qui est très agréable pour des gens qui ne parle pas du tout Italien et est disponible par téléphone en cas de besoin. Je recommande le logement et la Sardaigne qui est une île splendide !

"Alloggio confortevole, di nuova concezione, con spazi studiati per garantire un confortevole soggiorno. Come ad esempio la doccia calda in girdino che risulta molto pratica al rientro dalla spiaggia. L'' ambiente e'' curato e i proprietari sono gentilissimi, flessibili e organizzati per soddisfare le eventuali varie esigenze. L'' estate 2012 e'' stata particolarmente torrida,in ogni caso, anche in queste condizioni, grazie anche ai ventilatori presenti nella casa, la vivibilita'' si e'' sempre mantenuta accettabile. Altrimenti, senza queste particolari condizioni climatiche, grazie anche all'' orientamento dell'' edificio, la ventilazione e quindi il fresco e'' garantito. L'' ambiente circostante e tranquillo e silenzioso. Consigliato a famiglie che prediligono zone tranquille fuori dal tumulto che spesso caratterizzano le zone di mare nei periodi estivi. Non vicinissimo al centro, che del resto non offre molto e che quindi richiede in ogni caso l'' uso di un mezzo per spostarsi, specialemte alla sera, magari nella vicina San Teodoro. Le spiagge si trovano a varie distanze che non sono mai eccessive e che non creano problemi, specialemte a chi come noi preferisce variare ogni giorno. "
