Just steps away from Vauxhall Underground and located in pleasant Vauxhall Pleasant Gardens. My home offers a sweeping view of the city, including iconic buildings such as The Gherkin!

Fully furnished with tons of books and board games to keep you entertained throughout your stay (if you wish to have a quiet night in). The apartment comes with a kitted-out kitchen with all essentials needs to whip yourself a full meal. A washer/dryer to refresh your clothes. A queen-sized bed lined with hotel-quality lines and a built-in wardrobe with hangers to store your personal possessions safely.

There's WiFi throughout the apartment. Fresh towels and toiletries are also provided at no extra cost.

My home will be sanitised and cleaned on the day of your anticipated arrival.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

- Overlooking local park (Pleasure Gardens) and city farm.
- Close to the river (1 min walk).
- 20 min walk along the river to Palace of Westminster
- Vauxhall Park and Battersea Park 10 mins and 25 mins walk away respectively.
- A number of great pubs in the area (the rose, the black dog, fentiman arms) and restaurants (brunswick house, bonnington cafe, tea house theatre).
- Newport Street gallery and Tate Britain gallery 10 mins and 20 mins walking respectively.

- 1 min walk from Vauxhall underground (Victoria line), train and bus station with quick links to most parts of London.
- Oval and Kennington underground (Northern line) stations also 10-15 min walk.
- E-scooters for rent just outside the building.
- Santander bikes also available to rent just outside the Tea House Theatre (2 min walk from apartment).

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. The key pick up and drop off is located just over the road.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
