Ma compagne et moi recommandons trĂšs vivement cette charmante rĂ©sidence avec son charmant restaurant au bord de plage Ă  seulement 100 mĂštres ainsi vous trouverez Ă©galement (une piscine immense, un terrain de tennis, un terrain de boules). Nous sommes restĂ© coincĂ© la-bas pendant tout le confinement et cela c'est royalement bien passĂ©, les personnes habitants Ă  l'annĂ©e sur le site sont au top..... La rĂ©sidence est calme, propre et surtout bien sĂ©curisĂ©, vous ĂȘtes Ă  5 minutes d'une des plus belles plages de la Guadeloupe (Les Raisins Blanc). Et aussi Ă  5 minutes en voiture du centre (restauration, alimentation, boulangerie, traiteur local, primeur, tabac, etc...) Le prix de la location est un trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Nous vous souhaitons un bon sĂ©jour en Guadeloupe.

Les points positifs: - La rĂ©sidence est agrĂ©able et bien entretenue. - L'appartement est bien situĂ©. - La vue est agrĂ©able sans ĂȘtre exceptionnelle. - La plage et la piscine sont trĂšs rapidement accessibles. Les points nĂ©gatifs : - Pas d'Ă©tat des lieux Ă  l'entrĂ©e et Ă  la sortie. - Un accueil laissant Ă  dĂ©sirer effectuĂ© en coup de vent : - Il aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciable de fournir quelques informations en plus (utilisation d'un badge pour accĂ©der Ă  la piscine, survenue de coupures d'eau d'oĂč la prĂ©sence de bouteilles sur le balcon). - Un petit cadeau de bienvenue aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©, par exemple un pot de confiture. - Clairement un bien mal entretenu voir non entretenu : - La lumiĂšre de l'entrĂ©e ne fonctionne plus. - La prise Ă©lectrique utilisĂ©e pour la cafetiĂšre, le micro-onde et le grille pain Ă  tendance Ă  faire sauter l'interrupteur diffĂ©rentiel. - Les persiennes Ă  cotĂ©es de la cuisine ne fonctionnent pas. - Le sol de l'appartement n'Ă©tait pas propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Autre remarque importante: - Le studio est notĂ© pour 4 couchages (Lit 150*200 · Lit 1 place · Lit enfant). Les 4 couchages sont bien prĂ©sents mais au delĂ  de 3 personnes cela paraĂźt compliquer de circuler dans l'appartement. - Il s'agit bien d'un rĂ©seau wifi ouvert. Par contre la rĂ©ception dans l'appartement n'est pas terrible. Nous avons rendu le logement plus propre qu'a notre arrivĂ©e.

Residence arborée trÚs bien entretenue avec une piscine fabuleuse. L'appartement est simple mais trÚs fonctionnel et avec une vue sur la piscine et la mer. Magnifiques levers de soleil derriÚre les palmiers pour les lÚves tÎt! Nous reviendrons l'an prochain.

super séjour, magnifique piscine, studio bien mais manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine comme un grill pain, la télé pas top, manques de chaines, mériterais une box surtout pour la wifi beaucoup de mal à capter. Sinon super emplacement et super vue.

The property is strategically located in St. Francois neighborough , with a sigh t of the ocean from the balcony. Equipped with everything you need for a short staying for a couple. The proprietor Maxen is readily available for any enquiries.

situation sympathique pour familles avec enfants ! belle piscine jolie plage ! dommage que le restaurant sur la plage n'existe plus et qu'il n'y ai pas de possibilite ni d'y manger ni d'y acheter quoi que ce soit! (saufpour le pain le matin ily avait un noulanger avec sa fourgonette qui venait vendre son pain ce qui etait fort pratique . ! lL'appartement que nousavons loué etait simple et pas trop bien equipé ( pasde lave-linge ni grille pain ) mais cela suffisait pour passer un sejour correct ! Mais j'ai eu l'occasion de voir un autre appartement ou la deco et l'equipement etait plus adaptés et recherché ... plus acceuillant ! Durant le weekend de Paques difficile de trouver un emplacement pour se garer le soir ce qui etait embétant :-(
