Lovely detached three-bedroom and three-bathroom house, with parking space (not available in November and half of December) and large porch facing the Med.
The house spreads over 3 floor, with a double parking space in the underground plus a small sitting room. On the main floor there is the porch with spectacular views of the beach, a living / dining room and an American kitchen, completely equipped. From the kitchen, there is access to a back yard with laundry area and an outdoor shower. On this floor, there is also a complete bathroom. On the first floor, there are the 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and another ensuite bathroom. This main bedroom has got its own terrace overlooking the sea.
The house is equipped with radiators for the coldest months and ceiling fans in all the rooms, although it has to be said that taking into account the location of the house, it is quite cool and airy even in the Summer months.
It has free high speed internet with fibre optic.
POOL OPEN FROM THE 15TH OF JUNE TO THE 15TH OF SEPTEMBER. Dates to be confirmed seasonally.

The house is part of the development Villa Morena, with communal swimming pool and paddle court.
The Mediterranean beach is just seconds away from the house, whereas the Mar Menor is around 5 minutes’ walking distance.
In the very same urbanization there are some cafes and just some meters away there is a small supermarket and some restaurants.
Tomás Maestre Marina is less than 4km from the house, in this area there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates... In this same area takes place a streetmarket every Saturday morning.

En el anuncio decía claramente que disponía de calefacción, cuando llegamos, la calefacción eran radiadores eléctricos, pero a la que encendias el del comedor y el del baño para ducharse, se iba la luz por exceso de potencia demandada...con lo cual hacia frío en la casa. Por suerte la inmobiliaria, que se portó muy bien con nosotros desde el inicio, nos facilitó una estufa de gas y aunque no era ideal, por lo menos podíamos calentar mejor el comedor y con los eléctricos a media potencia, calentar 2 de las 3 habitaciones.A parte habían cosas con mucho desgaste como el microondas que costaba abrir la puerta por ejemplo o otras por falta de mantenimiento.Para el coste del alquiler que no fue bajo, me parece una mala opción.

Gracias por su comentario y por tomarse el tiempo de compartir su experiencia en nuestra casa de alquiler vacacional. Lamentamos sinceramente que la calefacción no cumpliera con sus expectativas y que encontrara algunos elementos con desgaste.
Le aclaramos que la casa está diseñada principalmente como una vivienda de verano, ya que por suerte, en esta zona los días fríos son escasos, y aunque la hemos equipado para ser habitable en invierno, la capacidad de la instalación eléctrica para soportar el uso simultáneo de varios radiadores eléctricos es limitada, por lo que dentro de las posibilidades que la vivienda nos ofrece intentamos poner las mejores soluciones.
Nos complace que la estufa de gas fuera una solución rápida y eficaz. Tomamos muy en serio sus comentarios sobre el desgaste de algunos electrodomésticos, como el microondas. Nos esforzamos por mantener la casa en óptimas condiciones y realizamos actualizaciones y reparaciones de forma continua. El alto volumen de alquileres, desafortunadamente, acelera el desgaste natural de los elementos. Sin embargo, siempre nos aseguramos de que todo funcione correctamente antes de cada llegada, y lamentamos que en su caso no fuera así.
Su opinión es fundamental para nosotros y nos ayuda a mejorar continuamente. Gracias de nuevo por sus comentarios, los cuales nos ayudarán a seguir adaptando la casa para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a nuestros futuros huéspedes.
Hemos pasado dos semanas estupendas , la casa es muy cómoda y las vistas excepcionales.
