Amazing vacation

All I will say is if your looking for beautiful views to relax too after your long days traveling or hiking around Switzerland, this is a excellent option for a large group a people! Would book again!!

Wonderful chalet for a family reunion!

We were an extended family of 10 adults and 8 kids aged 2-16. There was space for everyone, beautiful garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, large table outside for our meals in fine weather and inside when cold: room to play charades in the evening, a movie on a wet day, superb hiking, superb views… ideal for a family reunion.

“A peaceful and cozy mountain escape!”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Nendaz at this charming chalet! It was the perfect weekend getaway — peaceful, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was so calming, ideal for recharging with family or friends. We loved the well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook great meals together, the shelves full of books for quiet moments, and the sunny terrace for relaxing in the fresh mountain air. The hiking trails nearby were stunning too. A perfect mix of comfort, nature, and simplicity — we’ll definitely be back!

Nice House

Enjoyed the stay. Close proximity to Ski lifts and can hit all 4 Valles. Suggested to host to have give more notice on the deposit and have more avenues/ways to give him the deposit. He only wanted cash and I didnt have time to get cash being that I left the U.S.A. on a Sunday and he advised me of the cash deposit THAT Sunday morning. No Cashapp or Zelle option either.Host is VERY nice and helpful. Thank you, Jean. Enjoyed it.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille fantastique :Le chalet était parfait pour une semaine au ski avec son aménagement chaleureux, bien équipé (19 personnes quand même!), un jacuzzi très apprécié, et situé tout proche du bus menant aux télécabines.Et le soleil était de la partie rendant notre séjour inoubliable!

Belle mise en bouche!

Belle découverte entre amis et je compte bien revenir en famille car le chalet s'y prête avec ces nombreuses chambres, c'est chaleureux, on se sent bien, les environs sont vraiment magiques surtout avec le beau temps. Le propriétaire est sympa et accessible, ils nous a donnés de bons conseils. Restau, balades le long des bisses, discothèques et parapente!!!!

Accueil sympathique par le propriétaire. Magnifique chalet, atypique, très confortable et bien équipé. Super pour les groupes où chacun trouve son espace personnel. Vue encore plus exceptionnelle que sur le descriptif. Proche des transports pour accès direct au coeur de la station. Station familiale où il y a tout pour répondre à tous les besoins de la famille. (Magasins de sport, de souvenirs, Coop, Migros, pharmacies, école de ski…)

Mooie locatie, prima huis

Mooi groot huis voor vakantie met vrienden. Indeling was wat onlogisch en kleine stapelbedden waardoor het even puzzelen was voor ons gezelschap van 16 personen . Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaar. Wij vonden het op de site van VRBO niet transparant welke kosten wel/niet bij de prijs in zaten en waren daarom wat verrast over bijkomende kosten. Verder prima huis, heerlijk zwembad, dichtbij het dorp (bakker/skilift/supermarkt op loopafstand) dus prima vakantie gehad!

Mooie uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten

Mooie locatie, mooi huis met alle gemakken voor een groep (zwembad, veel zit- en eetgelegenheid). Enkel de slaapplekken verdienen een upgrade evenals het sanitair. Dit laatste wordt al vernieuwd. Het contact met de eigenaar is daarnaast makkelijk en eigenaar is erg vriendelijk.

Comfortable and relaxing

Chalet Les Raches provides a large and comfortable space for groups to enjoy a relaxing stay without feeling on top of each other. We had three families staying together for a week and enjoyed the communal areas and all the facilities provided. An easy location close to Nendaz - we chose to drive in each day for ease and rented lockers to store our ski equipment. Super easy!

Kompliziert

Es war im Vorfeld etwas komisch, da der Vermieter ständig wollte, dass wir direkt über ihn buchen sollen. Dies lehnten wir mehrfach ab. Er wollte uns und sich selber die Servicegebühr von FeWo ersparen. Diese Servicegebühr wollte er dann auch vor Anreise nochmals überwiesen bekommen. Haben wir jedoch nicht gemacht. Bei der Zahlung war es auch unterschiedlich zur Beschreibung bei FeWo. Endreinigung scheint im Preis nicht drin. Das Chalet scheint auf den Bildern grösser als es tatsächlich ist. Hat jedoch gereicht. Allerdings gibt es überall Teppiche, welche schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden zu sein schienen. Auch die Ausstattung ist teils in die Jahre gekommen. Es fühlte sich teils schmuddelig und unaufgeräumt an. Die relativ gut ausgerüsteten Küche ist zweckmässig jedoch müssten die Bratpfannen mal ersetzt werden. Der Kinoraum ist nicht beheizt, was eher unangenehm war. Es gab wohl ein mobilen Radiator, welcher für diese Raumgrösse jedoch zu klein war. Die Garagen gehören nicht alle zum Chalet, dennoch hatten unsere 5 Autos gut Platz. Der Sitzplatz hat schön Sonne. Das Checkin und Checkout verlief unkompliziert. Wir durften sogar 1,5 Std eher rein. Zum Skilift sind es ca. 1.3 km. Der Skibus ist ca 400 m entfernt vom Haus.

Wunderbares Chalet

Wir verbrachten mit der ganzen Familie, 14 ER. und 1 Kind, eine Woche in Nendaz. Alles war genau nach unseren Bedürfnissen, bis auf ein Badezimmer, welches wahrscheinlich renoviert werden sollte. Dies haben wir dem Besitzer so gemeldet. Die Küche ist gross und es hat viele Küchengeräte. Auch hat es genügend Geschirr und Besteck. Super waren natürlich der Pool und das Jacuzzi. In der Nähe gibts wunderbare Wanderwege und eine traumhafte Aussicht ins Tal und Berge. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Danke an die Familie Sandoz

Great Chalet

We stayed here in August 2015 and it was the perfect house! We are a group of 9 friends and there was plenty of space for us all. The view from this house is incredible and we loved all the facilities - the good-sized pool, the sauna, the hot tub and the home cinema. The lift is also really useful for bringing cases and shopping into the house. The lounge is a great size and really comfy. There are two good areas for eating - the dining room and the conservatory and the chalet has equipment for raclettes and fondues. There is also plenty of space for eating outside and a great bbq. Its an easy 5 minute walk into the town and a nice area. There is good public transport links to other places too. We had a car, but it would be perfectly possible to function without one. The house has functioning wifi, but we didn’t find it to be the most reliable. The owners were helpful and we had no issues during our stay. We would recommend the chalet and would definitely go back.
