The space:
Comfortable, well proportioned rooms designed to maximise your comfort and autonomy. This home has recently been refurbished giving a fresh modern feel with lots of attention to detail. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed plus a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge.

Guest access:
This home is a house with its own completely independant access to both the front and rear. Initially the first access is from the front on St Mary's Road. Details for access are provided by email shortly before arrival

We pride ourselves in providing good quality accommodation and want you to have maximum benefit and enjoyment during your stay. In order to protect both yours and others experience we do check identity documents when booking and ask for a security deposit hold against a bank or credit card which is released shortly after departure

Avoid at All Cost!

On arrival the property smelt of damp, the oven and microwave obvioulsy hadn't been cleaned for some time which makes you wonder if the property is ever checked after each guest stay. The shower was blocked and I ended up buying drain unblocker to remedy the situation. The pans were dirty and the state of the sponge left by the sink was disgusting. It clearly hadn't been cleaned between stays. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling, there was a huge pile of debt letters addressed to various people, the TV didn't have any standard channels and there were several electric sockets around the property that didn't work. I could go on. I regularly stay in Airbnbs when travelling for work and this is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs. The owners should be ashamed to even advertise this property. I doubt they have ever visited it. Their company is Honest Locations and there was nothing honest about the advert for this property!
