Comfortable, self-contained studio with a Juliet balcony over looking the garden on the quiet side of the building. Decorated in a relaxed Art Deco style, the studio has a bright but cozy and welcoming feel. Fast WiFi, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Close to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and the seafront is just 15 mins walk. Well suited for weekend breaks, working away or longer stays.

This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and s short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard.
Self check-in, we release code to you at midday on the day of arrival ready for 3pm check-in. Just pop the Key back in the box when you check-out, thank you.
1920s-inspired studio in converted guesthouse. Finished with authentic art deco furnishings.
The studio gives guests ample space to relax and unwind, with a comfortable double bed, Art Deco easy chair and television. This room comes complete with wardrobe, dressing table and a small table for dining or working.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
• This studio is one of ten in the building and offers self check-in. There is no front desk, but support is available if needed. • Please note there is no lift. The studio is on the first floor and accessed by stairs. • Parking permits are required for on-street parking and can be purchased from us before arrival. • Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential building. • All properties are non-smoking, including any Juliet balcony/terrace. • There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away. • A starter supply of essentials is provided. Additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay. • For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies

Small and comfortable however a power cut because of mother apartment knocked off all the socketsI had to reset trip on main fuse board good job I know how
Self-contained studio in the heart of Southsea. This was my first visit to Portsmouth to watch the start of the Clipper 23/24 race. The decision to stay in Southsea (an easy walking down the road) and not in Gunwharf Quay was a good one. Good selection of independent eateries locally. Room was pleasant and had everything needed to make a comfortable stay. The hosts were prompt and helpful in our communications. Thank you.
It was an excellent place with all the facilities we needed.
