The second bedroom comes with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All rooms are bright and come with closet space. The family bathroom is accessed from the hall and also has a walk-in shower.The main living area is lit with natural light coming in from large floor to ceiling terrace windows that travel the length of the wall. The living/dining area has a large sofa so you can relax in front of the modern, wifi connected TV. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. In the kitchen there is plenty of counter space for food prep and it’s divided from the living area by a free standing breakfast bar. It comes equipped with the mod cons you’d expect, a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. There is an electric kettle and coffee pod machine.As this is a ground floor apartment it has the added benefit of its own private garden and terrace. There are comfortable furnishings for lounging in the shade on hot summer days, an outdoor dining set for those al fresco moments and the terrace comes equipped with a very modern BBQ and food preparation station with sink.
