All the instructions were wrong. There are no red or black crosses. There are 3 garages so the location to the entrance would have been better than the location to the spot because that meant going in to the wrong garage (someone let me in because I thought my clicker didn’t work) then I had to ok be let out to find the right garage. The apartment is on the right not the left. It’s on the1st floor (ground, then one floor up) there is no 2nd floor. You don’t have to open the gate with your key and then run back to the apartment to put it on the table when you check out. That makes no sense!! By the time you comeback to the gate it will have been opened or closed by someone else. There is a button to open the gate by the left hand side of the gate. Also it’s for emergency reasons. There has to be a button to open the gate. I cannot believe you don’t know this. I then had to get out of the garage and park outside to run inside and drop the keys off. Too many keys. Too much hassle for nothing at all. There was a cockroach inside the glass of the microwave. If she’s it’s skin. The microwave was removed and taken away for “special cleaning”. When the microwave as returned it was as dirty as it was before. J sent pictures to show. There were food stains on the roof of the microwave. There was no cleaning at all.
