We genuinelly appreciate your constructive criticism, and it is fair to say we tried to sought to your requests as promptly as your reported them.
We've had several other customers who booked and utilised the bathrooms in this flat extensively, without any comments that it was not adequate.
All in all, for a property that is just over 2 years old - as well as with everything that was indeed up to scratch - we just do not deem the 2 star rating representatitve of your overall experience.
Nevertheless, as always we welcome your comments and have surely rectified what did not go to perfection.
