Our family of four had a great time in the flat - very modern with nice amenities. The location is fantastic, close to many great restaurants, pubs and tube stations, but still quiet. Highly recommend!
We had an incredible stay here. The property was extremely well located, near tons of restaurants and bars. It's on a quiet street which was nice. Check in was seamless, and the place was beautiful. 5 stars!

Amazing location and design
Great location and design. High end finish and fixtures &fittings in the flat. Despite being in heart of London there were absolutely no problems with noise. I would definitely recommend this property
Great home base to explore from! We walked everywhere. Went for runs in Regent's park. Underground was close and Uber was there in 2 minutes if needed. Surrounding area has amazing food, coffee shops, pubs and people. The best part was exploring the big city and then coming back to a place that felt like a true neighborhood. Thank you so much! We will be back!
Enjoyed our stay with another couple. Bedrooms in the rear of the unit were very quiet. One thing to note is the very narrow hallway and stairs heading up to the second level unit. If you have large, heavy suitcases, it could be difficult to maneuver. We were very happy to only have carryon luggage this trip! Would stay again!
We had a great stay at this flat. It is clean and beautiful. The check-in process was very easy. The two bedrooms and 2.5 baths were great for our family of four (two adult daughters). The location was perfect. Short walks to the Tottenham Court, Oxford Circus, and Goodge Street Stations, and walking distance to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is really nice. I would highly recommend this flat.
Girls trip to London, apt was ready 3 hours early! Super clean and bright. Larger bed is an American King and super comfortable. 1/2 bath was much appreciated as there were 3 of us. Location is great and walkable to tube and Oxford.
We loved the location, the convenient coffee shops nearby, the ability to walk to SoHo and shops, yet it’s a quiet street for sleeping. The long hallway means there’s helpful separation between the living room/kitchen and the bedrooms. The hall powder room was helpful. Tons of windows—and blackout curtains, including on the primary skylight. We loved our stay!
Good property in a good location. Can’t say anything negative.. One caveat: the stairs up to second floor are tough for older people w luggage. A 60-year old couple should think twice about flats on 2nd floors. Otherwise a nice option to hotels.

Perfect location - we could walk to so many attractions (or if not walkable, only 5 min to Oxford Circus station), yet it’s still quiet at night.
The 3rd bathroom came in handy.
Got a little warm without AC but popped open window and used provided fans so we were comfortable.

We traveled as a family of three and stayed for a week. We could not ask for a better location as it was near everything. The flat was located on a relatively quiet street with lots of restaurants close by. The flat itself was clean and bright. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We had cleaning service at mid-stay, and it was cleaned like i was just arriving for the first time. There is not really a bad thing I can say except the pub crowd is a little noisy from 6 to about 9 pm. Overall, I would stay again here when we come back.
This property was exactly how it was pictured and described in the listing. Very clean and well appointed. Location was also excellent. Close enough to pubs and restaurants, but far enough away so it was generally quiet. The stair way was our only challenge. Very narrow and steep. Made it difficult to get suitcases to unit. Additionally, the lock on the door was a bit difficult to use. Overall, great experience!
Beautiful flat in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood
The flat is exactly as pictured — which is always a happy surprise.
The layout makes it possible to either hang out as a group in the lively front room or split apart for quiet time in either one of the bedrooms. (Even if the restaurant across the street is hosting an outdoor Happy Hour, you can hear a pin drop in the bedrooms. This is good architectural design.)
The flat does not have AC, nor does it need it most of the time. This is London after all. I mention the lack of AC just in case you are booking during a heat wave.
The owner, Alex, is a pleasure to work with and his team is helpful and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.
Clean lines, modern Scandinavian designs, smart layout, a wonderful way to clear your mind. Loved the warm floors especially during the cold storm while there...very accessible to bars, restaurants and salons. Perfect little gem for our getaway.
This flat really does have it all. Super comfy beds, whip-fast wifi, ultra modern decor/fixtures (bath and kitchen) and is very quiet though just steps away from several main streets. And Regent’s Park was just a short hop away for my daily run. What sets it apart though is the amazing communication and check-in/out process. Alex and his team have anticipated every question and need and have put all the information at your fingertips before you need it. This was one of the best self-catering experiences I’ve had in the UK. One note of caution—access to upper level flats involves climbing several turns up tight stairs which can be a chore with heavy bags. Well worth the trek though!
They say a picture is worth a thousand words and in the case of this property, it's true. The flat is as beautiful as it looks and any questions we had we're quickly answered by the property manager. We would happily stay here again.

This property was exceptional. The two bedrooms each with it’s own en suite is perfectly arranged so that there is privacy. The owners were immediately responsive when we had a problem with the WiFi . The location was great with plenty of restaurants and just a short walk to the underground. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment in good location
Overall, the apartment is very nice and conveniently located. The only issue we encountered was they never told us that there is major construction taking place immediately outside the apartment. The construction noise during the day was very loud. Jackhammers braking the pavement and cement. At times we would leave the apartment just to get away from the noise.

excellent flat with new amenities and great location
Really great 2 bedroom property. Everything in the flat is new and well maintained. We were probably only the second or third guests to stay in this newly renovated building. Great natural lighting in the living room and master bedroom. Alex and Dom were very responsive to all of our needs throughout our stay with clear check in instructions and timely answers to any questions we had. The location is hard to beat. While close to very busy parts of town, and many options for nearby tube stations, the unit is really quiet and peaceful.
