Residence Mariù

Residence Mariù is a family-run business, nestled among the greenery of an olive grove in the small village of Cassone, just 4 km from the centre of Malcesine. The approximately 40-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 4–5 people and features: a double bedroom with a ceiling fan, a spacious living room with a kitchenette (electric hotplates), refrigerator, electric coffee maker, microwave, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, and safe, as well as a sofa bed. The apartment features a terrace with a wonderful view of Lake Garda. Heating is also available (billed based on usage). Outside, there is a large garden, a swimming pool equipped with lounge chairs and a small playground, and a barbecue area with a table and benches available for use. In the basement, guests have access to storage for bicycles, surfboards, and small beach equipment, as well as private parking on the property. For sports enthusiasts, there are opportunities to enjoy sailing, windsurfing, mountain biking, hiking, and paragliding. Just 50 metres from the residence is a large playground, and just 500 metres away is a sports centre with five tennis courts, as well as a sailing school—reservations can be made directly from the residence.
