A lovely apartment with loads of space & light, the aspect is East, catching the morning sun. On the ground floor with a private entrance and a dedicated parking space within a private carpark.

The main room has a king sized bed, comfortable sofa, a 42" satellite TV and a dining table for 2. There is high speed unlimited internet access throughout. Bed linen and towels provided.

Off this there is a separate bathroom with a large walk in shower, with complimentary mini toiletries.

Make use of a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, and a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

Exeter stay

The flat is decently appointed if perhaps a bit basic e.g. a reading lamp or two would be nice and paper towels. Communication was a concern but apparently the vrbo system was malfunctioning so that wasn’t the hosts fault. The host did respond very quickly when things were up and running.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is in easy walking distance to: City Centre and Cathedral - 10 mins Historic quayside - 15 mins RD&E hospital - 5 mins Exeter University (main campus) - 25 mins Southlands is accessed via a long driveway from the main road, making traffic noise minimal. There are some fantastic independent shops and cafes all within 5 minutes walk.
