House was lovely and clean had everything in there you need. Nice area to sit in. Place to park your car. Not far to walk into the town. We did a online tesco shop and arrived in the time slot. Iceland just down into the town

We are frequent visitors to Exmouth as we have family there. We have stayed in numerous places so stumbling on Emma's place as a new listing was an absolute find. This place is in a perfect position and only a 2 minute walk into town and parking for one car is a premium so close to town. The property is spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The two double bedrooms are comfortable with ample room for clothes. We will definitely be back.
