The east side of Coniston Water is easily accessible and offers many hidden spots to picnic on the lake shore, launch a canoe or just simply watch the world pass by.

Ground floor Entrance Hall with plenty of space to kick off boots and jackets, there is also a conveniently placed toilet just off the hall.

Second Floor The pine stairway leads up towards a galleried landing and two comfortable en suite bedrooms.

Outside Beautiful open cottage garden with lawn & garden furniture. A great place to spend a lazy summers day or evening.
