This homely 65m2, 2-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is an ideal retreat for families and friends looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The property is located on the 5th floor and accessible by lift.

Designed with an open space, the apartment offers a dining and living area with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and WiFi. Please note, however, that the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a meal: the cooking plate, stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine are all yours!

Both bedrooms feature comfy double beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This neighborhood (Arroios) is a melting pot of cultures, it will offer you a true global experience: it is always teeming with people, especially on the apartment's street, which has a wide variety of shopping, so feel free to discover the Portuguese soul!

The area is quite close to the historical city center and, on one of Lisbon's many hills, with several miradouros, where you can admire the city's views from! The closest one is Penha de França Miradouro, only 10 minutes walking from home! Do not miss the Arroios Market either, an airy indoor traditional market, for fresh food and great restaurants, within a 5 minute walk!

Walking down towards the main area of Lisbon's center will take you no more than 30 minutes, but it should be done slowly, to appreciate so much to be seen!

Lisbon's Airport is reachable within a 10 minutes car ride or a 20 minutes trip with the metro.

Lisbon's metro takes you almost everywhere around and the closest metro station is Arroios (2 minutes walking from the flat). The historical centre is only 10 minutes away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
