Cozy studio with modern and good taste decoration. Cleaning/maintenaince of the swimming pool.

We shared your comments with the gardener in Los Rosales and we have been told that the mist colouring of the swimming pool is caused by the calima - red dust from the Sahara that La Costa del Sol receives continuously - said that, we taking note of it. Perfect Apartment for two Adults

The stay was very relaxing in a very quiet small apartment complex. The apartment was quite small, but very comfortably furnished and really big enough for two people. We chose this apartment because of its nearness to the Royal Beach area. There is a beach bar called "Chiringuito Royal Beach Pirata". We already knew this beach bar from two previous holidays and the walking distance to this beach bar was very important to us. Just try it, you won't go wrong ...

The distance to the beach was ideal.

The room was fine. The bathroom was also satisfactory. The air conditioner broke down twice. We got a puddle of water in our face 2x and a wet bed. We had mail traffic about this but we had to keep sending reminders before we got a response.
