Located on the first floor of our 13th-century Castel D'Arno Guest House, the apartment overlooks our garden, the Assisi valley, and the pool. Nestled in the green Umbrian hills, in a panoramic position between Perugia and Assisi, the Castel has been completely renovated and is surrounded by a magnificent garden with roses and olive trees, including a panoramic pool. It is strategically located near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia - 13km, Assisi - 12km, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc.). We are also just a short walk from Perugia/S. Egidio Airport, a recent hub for international low-cost airlines (Ryanair, etc.). The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay pleasant (bathroom linens, bed linens, kitchenware, dishes, cookware, ceiling fan, etc.). The price includes: bath linens, bed linens, and table linens, as well as all utilities (water, electricity, cooking gas, and air conditioning). We also offer Pizza Nights made in our characteristic wood-fired oven, a built-in barbecue in the garden (with tables and chairs), and access to our panoramic swimming pool with deckchairs, sun loungers, and an umbrella. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board (free of charge). If you need an internet connection, the apartment is equipped with WiFi.

IL CUCINONE is a large 52 sq. m. studio apartment located on the first floor of the farmhouse.

It consists of a large, high-ceilinged room with exposed beams, a characteristic mezzanine, and a romantic balcony overlooking the garden, offering breathtaking views.

It is well-furnished and features a double bed, a single sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and window, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
