2 bedroom apartment with sea view, in a condominium with pool and childrens pool, No youngster groups accepted. Guests under 25 years, only accepted if staying with their parents.
500m away from beautiful S. Rafael and Arrifes Beaches.
2 floors, recently renewed. On the ground-floor there is the kitchen, WC, living/dining room and balcony.
On the 1st floor there is one double bedroom with sea view, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with tub.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
At walking distance there is the beach, restaurants and mini-market.
By car, Albufeira's Old Town, the Marina and Salgados and Gale Beaches are 5mns drive away.
Reservations for guests under 25 years of age are not accepted, unless accompanied by their parents.
Parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours from 22h to 8h.
Pets are not allowed.

From May 2024, a tourist tax of 2 euros per night per person will be charged, for bookings between May and October, for guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.

last minute booking due to a flight change and Helena was so helpful and accommodating! we were able to check in early and check out late for a small extra fee. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Przepięknie położony apartament wśród zieleni nieopodal oceanu. Cicho i kameralnie na terenie osiedla i na basenie. Plaże najpiękniejsze na całym wybrzeżu, malownicze widoki. Zabrakło mi tylko słonecznego parasola do plażowania.

Nice appartment in a beautiful environment

It was a good choice for us, family with 2 children. Sao Rafael is calm and beautiful, nearby the beach and swimming pool. Apartment was clean and fresh.
