The Ipanema 3 Apartment is an excellent and well-decorated 2-bedroom apartment, located in the Quinta Pedra dos Bicos complex. This location is one of its great attributes as it offers proximity to everything you might need to relax on vacation with your family.



Accommodating 5 + 1 people, this wonderful apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 3 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower and another with separate bathtub and shower). The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, there is also a well-decorated living/dining room and several balconies with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy a meal or a drink, taking advantage of the wonderful Algarvian sun.



In this beautiful complex, a short walking distance from the apartment, you will find a large pool and well-maintained gardens, where you can sit, relax, and enjoy sunbathing around the pool.



Given its excellent location on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, this apartment is just a few minutes' walk from one of the main streets of the city, where you can find a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, and the famous Rua da Oura in Albufeira.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 5 people.

The 6th person will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
