The apartment was exactly as pictured, everything you'd expect from the photos but also it felt cozy, the AC was amazing. The lock system was so easy to use with fob in and out. I would stay here again if I wanted to be right close to everything. Highly recommend.

I can say a lot about the apartment and its host. Fantastic location with literally everything you need at walking distance, clean and well maintained, good bed, great amenities and double balcony door for an effective isolation of the outer noise. The balcony with view on the metropolitan cathedral and square is a big plus. But what I like most is host MARIA ALEJANDRA' s person-centered care. You can app wIth Maria and get instant solutions for your needs. She' s AMAZING. I will definitely rent the same apartment again on my next visit to Panama in May 2026.

I came to Panama in December 2025 for a quick, solo, relaxing, pre-Christmas vacation. I usually stay in Casco Viejo, so I was looking forward to this apartment in the heart of the city. The location did not disappoint! You really can't ask for a more centralized location, in the heart of everything. Everything was within walking distance - food/drink, museums, shopping, nightlife, etc. One issue, however: I would not recommend apartment #4. The view from the balcony is of an abandoned building, the bedroom was LOUD in both the morning and late into the night (I think there's a club next door and the walls are not insulated), the kitchen was not well stocked (no corkscrew, salt/pepper, etc.), and the living room furniture is not very comfortable. Because the location is so great, I would recommend this rental, however be sure to ask for apartment 1, 2, or 3. I can't speak for the noise level, but I think those are on the better side of the building.

My stay was was not the exsperience me and my wife was looking for check in and staff was very good, me and me wife stayed one night, because the unit was very deceiveing in size and closet space was very slim for and the music theu put earphones on the nightstand for guest thay was a red flag we rented for 5 days after one night we checked out, jist be aware of those pics in the listing coild be very deceiveing.

I think there's a confusion because you never stayed with us. We issued you a 100% refund as you requested, as the unit you were renting was unavailable due to a technical failure in the air conditioning system.
