About this property

This stylish new two bedroom lodge is perfect for couples or small families. The lounge is contemporary with a cosy seating area to relax it has a Smart TV with Netflix and DVD for entertainment.

The dining area offers ample seating for four and adjoins the well equipped kitchen. To the rear of the lodge are two bedrooms, one a double and the other a twin. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle and Heated towel rail. Outside there is a wonderful decking area with outdoor furniture and fabulous views out to sea and across Morecambe Bay. Here, you can enjoy a morning coffee or perhaps your favourite evening tipple.

Morecambe Bay is famous for it’s sunsets. The lodge is perfectly placed on a very popular holiday complex near Heysham. Located right on the seafront offering fantastic views of the stunning Irish Sea. Kids and adults are both well entertained with a range of activities, including a heated indoor pool, sauna, sports and leisure facilities, show bar, children’s entertainment, restaurant, beer garden, arcade, laundrette and small shop. Swim in the heated indoor pool or relax in the sauna while the kids can enjoy the indoor soft play and outdoor playground. After a day exploring, enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants or a drink in the brand new Sports Bar, the Show bar offers weekend entertainment. Please note: park facilities open ten months of the year (closed Dec & Jan.) Located a short distance from Morecambe a seaside resort with a sandy beach and long promenade. On the north end of the promenade, you can find Happy Mount Park, open all year round. A traditional park with an adventure playground, summer splash area, sports pitches, events and café On the southern end of the promenade there’s the Midland Hotel, an internationally renowned Art-Deco building designed by Oliver Hill and restored for the 21st Century.

Beautiful lodge

Small but perfect Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and lovely soft fluffy towels Lots of lovely extras treats for dogs and a good bottle of wine for the humans

Do the photograph's give a clear picture?

I found looking at the 'clipped photo's' I couldn't get a really good sense of the space. We soon found out why, the lodge is tiny, a doll's house. Except for the fridge not one cupboard spare for any food you may bring. The living area is one step from the dining table. The undersized slightly wonky double bed only has 12 inches of space either side of it. Cheap linen with the bottom sheet directly on the mattress (hygiene!). Under the bed and the wardrobe are full of loo rolls and other 'turn around' items. The twin beds are only suitable for young children and so close together. The shower is small but the hot water is plentiful. The Wi FI didn't work, after much discussion with the office we found it hadn't been topped up! I managed to get a small refund. The front terrace is very nice, looks out over the sea/mud flats, you don't see the huge wind farm in the photo's or the towering nuculear power station looming over this park of the park. At night it's lit very well! Don't even think think of leaving any suitcases in the lodge if you are using the twin bedroom.
