Two apartments in the old town of Levanto, just 250 meters from beach!
-- “Apartment Mafalda n° 1”: 35 sqm, for 2 people, with a double bedroom.
-- “Apartment Mafalda n° 2”: 45 sqm, for maximum 3 people, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Each apartment has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and air conditioning. Wi-Fi, Smart-TV.

Each “Aparment Mafalda” has an independent entrance, but they can also be rented toghether, since they are on the same level with communicating corridor.
This listing is for the rental of only ONE apartment.
The maximum capacity, by renting both, is 5 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An extra sofa bed is available (for the 5th person).

*THE RENTAL OF THE TWO APARTMENTS TOGETHER IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY: on the portal, the maximum capacity indicated cannot be exceeded*.

Important note: the apartments are on the second floor of a historical building, without elevator.
Not recommended for elderly people or people with walking difficulties: the staircase is composed of high steps.

The apartment is in the old town, in a pedestrian area: it cannot be reached directly by car, but the nearest parking is about 100 meters from the house.
There is not a private parking, but upon request we can provide you with a special ticket (extra cost 5€ per day) that allows to park for free everywhere in Levanto.

More details and tourist information:
Levanto is the perfect starting point to visit the "Cinque Terre", by train, by boat and by paths.
The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeings.
It is a "slow city" where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot in just 2 minutes.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
