The apartment is right in the center of Levanto,
directly in front of the public park 'Piazza Staglieno' (children's playground) in an antique apartment building in the historic old town. The apartment was completed in mid-August 2009 (complete renovation). It is located on the 1st floor from the park side, but is accessible from a rear entrance without stairs.
It consists of a large bedroom with air conditioning and an extra bed (17sqm), a bathroom with shower that is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, if desired German) , Coffee machine, electric oven and gas stove). The apartment is located on a traffic-calmed street. The sofa is a comfortable (new) sofa bed for 2 people, also satellite TV and DVD player.

The location was amazing. There were so many restaurants that we could walk to. We could walk to great hikes. It’s across from the park so the only thing was they had music for two evenings that went until about 1 AM. I didn’t that it was fantastic.

We loved our stay in Levanto. Ula was so kind and so helpful to us. She met as at the property and showed us the unit. Her suggestions for restaurants were spot on. When we checked out we were nervous about our next destination in Stresa, she offered to call the hotel and help with translation. We traveled to Stresa with confidence.The apartment was so centrally located, clean, convenient and a host that cares about your stay. We would love to return!!

Zentral und geräumig

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Levanto. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und hat wirklich alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung irgendwie benötigen kann. Check In verlief ohne Probleme, die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Wochenende kann es im Schlafzimmer laut sein wenn es Musik auf dem Platz davor gibt das hat uns aber nur eine Nacht wirklich betroffen. Levanto ist als Ausgangspunkt für die Cinque Terre sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung, nette Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat ein super Bett. Die Lage ist im Zentrum perfekt, alles ist in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Unter der Woche war es sehr ruhig, am Wochenende war mehr Leben auf der Straße, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, Empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Levanto

Schöne Wohnung, top ausgestattet, sehr nette Begrüßung und Einweisung durch die Vermieterin. Auch im Vorfeld schon guter Kontakt mit den wichtigsten Infos zur Anreise. Einstellen muss man sich lediglichdarauf, dass die Wohnung am vor allem am Wochenende belebtesten Platz von Levanto liegt. Aber dafür hat man Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand quasi vor der Haustür.

Great centrally located apartment

Ulla is a wonderful host, very welcoming, providing excellent recommendations and responsive. The beautifully renovated apartment is perfectly located for the centre of Levanto, with easy access to the beach, the station and all of the hiking in Cinque Terre.

Appartamento in pieno centro

Appartamento molto bello, in posizione centrale vicino a tutte le strutture e al mare. L’appartamento è al primo piano proprio sopra ad un’attività di ristorazione, nella casa quindi entra continuamente odore di fritto. Purtroppo, essendo nella piazza principale, ci sono schiamazzi notturni veramente fastidiosi anche sino a notte fonda, peccato.

Guter Standort zur Erkundung der Cinque Terre

Perfekter Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, guter Standort für die Entdeckung der Nachbarorte. Wohnung ist zu einem sehr belebten Platz gelegen, bei geöffneten Fenstern lange recht laut. Die Wohnung hat aber Schallschutzfenster.

Netteste Gastgeberin ever

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In der Wohnung gibt’s alles was man braucht. Von Spühlmaschinetabs, Geschirrtüchern bis hin zu Habdtüchern, Wäscheständer und Bügeleisen :-) Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin kann man nur gleich ins Herz schließen!

Séjour parfait Ursula

Nous sommes venus pour passer 4 jours et 3 nuits au Cinque Terre pour randonner de Levanto à Riomaggiore.Nous souhaitions idéalement être en dehors de Cinque Terre et Levanto nous paraissait le bon endroit pour rentrer tous les soirs en train après notre marche.Ursula nous a très bien conseillé et a été au petit soin avec nous par message puis à notre arrivée au logement. Nous avons eu d’excellents échanges et a beaucoup apprécié mon fils Thomas. C’était son anniversaire et elle nous a aidé à trouver un excellent restaurant qui lui a mis une bougie sur son dessert et tout le monde a chanté. Ursula est vraiment une personne merveilleuse et je vous recommande 1000 fois ce logement si vous venez dans la région et pour notre part, nous retournons les yeux fermés chez Ursula si l’occasion se présente.La chambre est plus que spacieuse avec un très grand lit et mon fils à profité du canapé dépliant et très grand aussi (très confortable) dans la pièce de vie. La salle de bains est accessible par la chambre en directe pour ne pas réveiller la personne qui dort au salon et depuis le salon pour ne pas passer par la chambre.Personnellement nous n’avons pas trouvé le quartier brouillant une fois les fenêtres fermées malgré les restaurants autour.La gare est à 10 à 15min à pieds, idéal pour rejoindre les Cinque Terre facilement.Merci encore à Ursula

Emplacement top

Très belle expérience dans ce logement idéalement situé dans Levanto qui en plus est un très beau village à taille humaine ( tout est accessible à pied ). Propriétaire super agréable et disponible en cas de besoin. Appartement suffisamment grand pour 4 et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Si je devais signaler un point négatif ( et le seul ), l’aération de la salle de bain qui est bruyante mais on finit par s’y faire.

Dolce Vita à Levanto.

Tout d’abord les démarches avec Ursula ont été rapides et faciles. Son sourire lors de notre arrivée nous a donné l’impression d’arriver dans la famille. L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Tout est très fonctionnel et surtout d’une propreté absolue. Il y a des moustiquaires aux fenêtres pour éviter les insectes, la clim’, une TV avec au moins 2 chaînes en Français et tout un tas d’équipements pour la cuisine. L’immeuble se trouve face à un parc qui draine beaucoup de monde, mais pas de voiture. Les soirées sont un peu bruyantes mais les fenêtres permettent une insonorisation parfaite. Tous les commerces et restos sont juste à côté. Le pass pour se garer en ville nous a été préparé par Ursula pour 20€. Il est possible de visiter les Cinques Terre, La Spezia, Portovenere et Portofino sans prendre la voiture. Je conseille cette location et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir si je devais revenir à Levanto. Merci Ursula pour ce petit paradis.

Perfect Stay Once Again

It seems amazing to be back at this amazing flat for the 5th time. We stayed a month, only a few days did we have barely a drizzle of rain which quickly dissolved to those beautiful bright blue skies. I’ve posted so many accolades before and it still remains the perfect holiday flat. Let me list the things that make Levanto and this particular flat so perfect. Amazing owner Ulla who is always immediately available if you have a question, location couldn’t be better, walk out the door you will find a bakery, focaccia bake, meat market, small grocery, gelato , fresh pasta store. Levanto has amazing restaurants that serve pizza to delicious pasta and fresh fish. Everything a super short walk. The beach with the ability to rent lounge and umbrella. There are also bars on the beach and wondering massages right by the sea. My husband had manyy hikes to take and flat areas around the town where I could walk easier. Boats or train or hikes to the Ciqueterre. These now have become so crowded you will feel a release to be back for a rest on the comfortable bed or sofa. We love opening the windows and listening to the rhythm of lives of those fortunate to live here. If it bothers you simply close the windows and the sounds are gone. So enough said but we will be back to Ulla’s Sun and Sea flat as soon as possible!
