With capacity for 8 guests, Can Pontíco la Vall is a charming Mallorcan-style country house, located just 3 km from the historic centre of Pollensa, along the scenic road to Lluc, surrounded by the spectacular mountain landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana.

Built with traditional architecture, the house preserves all the rustic Mallorcan character, offering 250 m² of living space all on one single floor.

It features 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, as well as 2 full bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Inside, you'll find a cosy living room with satellite TV, a spacious dining area, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, and the house also offers central heating (extra charge applies).

Outside, several furnished terraces allow you to enjoy al fresco dining or moments of relaxation with mountain views.

Die Unterkuft ist traumhaft. Das Außengelände lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein und die Lage ist wunderschön. Mit zwei Familien und vier Kinder gabe es jede Menge Platz zum Toben, Spielen, Kochen und gemeinsam Zusammensitzen. Haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
