Located on a sunny hillside overlooking Lake Maggiore this spacious third-floor apartment is quietly situated at the top of a historic lakeside Villa and comfortably sleeps four guests.
Only an 8-minute drive from the picturesque town of Stresa this delightful apartment is the perfect base for young families or groups of friends keen to explore the Borromean Gulf and surrounding area.
Inside the apartment is stylishly furnished and enjoys a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen fitted with; an induction hob, a microwave and a fridge.

Situated on the shores of the Borromean Gulf one of the town’s main attractions is the Borromean Islands, a group of picturesque islands located just off the coast - Isola Bella, Isola Madre, and Isola dei Pescatori. These islands are known for their opulent palaces and well-manicured gardens. Visitors can take a ferry from the port (an 11-minute drive away) to explore the islands and immerse themselves in their rich history.
Stresa is also a gateway to the scenic landscapes of the Italian Alps. The nearby Mottarone mountain offers panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding area. Additionally, the beautiful hiking area of Passeggiata Lungo Lago is a 7-minute drive away and Lake Orta a 30-minute drive away.
For golfers, Golf Club Alpino di Stresa and Golf Des Iles Borromees are both an 8-minute drive away. For nature lovers, the beautiful villas of Stresa including Park Villa Pallavicino are a 9-minute drive away.

Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und etwas mühsam zu erreichen - Verkehrslärm hatten wir auch nicht erwartet aber am meisten waren wir enttäuscht, dass der Garten total außerhalb und etliche Höhenmeter oberhalb des Anwesens war. Das gehört in die Beschreibung!

Achtung die Bilder sind gut zusammengestellt für falsche Hoffnungen.
Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stock des Gebäudes mit engen Treppen.
Durch die Fenster in den Bildern der Anzeige kann man nur im liegen richtig schauen. Die gehen ca. 1m vom Boden nach oben.
Es gibt keinen einzigen Kleiderschrank um seine Sachen zu verstauen nur Kleiderständer. Der Garten mit Ausblick ist c. 10min Fußweg entfernt. Mit dem See hat die Wohnung auch nicht viel zu tun außer das man den aus 2 Fenstern im liegen. 3km und ca. 20 min mit dem Auto hat man am See. Es gibt dort oben auch keine Restaurants die man bei der Küche unbedingt benötigt! Wenn man allerdings abends zum Essen fährt ist der Parkplatz auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz sicher weg und man bekommt nur gesagt man soll das Auto auf die Straße stellen die recht eng ist. Die ist recht eng und mir konnte auch nicht gesagt werden ob ich abgeschleppt werde oder nicht.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass es zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist. Die Villa ist tatsächlich ein historisches Gebäude, das liebevoll restauriert wurde. In der Beschreibung ist angegeben, dass der Garten mit Blick auf den See nur wenige Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt liegt. Da sich die Villa auf einem Hügel befindet, ist die Aussicht auf den See nur vom Garten aus sichtbar und nicht direkt aus der Wohnung. Wir hoffen, dass Sie den einzigartigen Charme unserer historischen Villa genießen konnten.
