The Eastleigh is an exceptional first-floor apartment resting in the seaside town of Seaton in Devon and sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.

Amenities: Electric central heating and underfloor heating in bathrooms. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer. Smart TV, DVD player, games console, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Public car park a short walk from property, subject to availability and 1 e-permit supplied for Orchard car park. Secure storage in the garage for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards etc, and a charger point for electric bikes and dry hanging space for wet suits and muddy boots. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Care must be taken with children around the balcony so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Though the property is on the first-floor there is level access to the rear with a ramp to allow easy access.

Town: Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
