Cubo’s Finca La Higuera de La Estación / private pool / intimate

With very high privacy, this accommodation will provide you with the rest you need from your routine, offering different spaces where you and your family can have the necessary independence without forgetting that you have traveled as a family.

The location of the accommodation towards urban areas (where you can make the purchase, for example) is about 6 kilometers, we recommend a prior purchase or the service (billed independently by the provider) of Rural Shopper, a provider whose link can be found in the web page of our portal.

Access to the accommodation is via a well-maintained dirt track, a utility vehicle has no problem accessing it.

This accommodation has a 15MB internet connection, although with the 4G or 5G mobile connection that you may have contracted on your telephone terminal you have good coverage and will not be completely disconnected from today's world.

Upon entering you will see that it has two spaces, one of them the accommodation and the other a pool area (high and fenced, you have to climb stairs to access the pool) that incorporates another building and the barbecue area.

In this area there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom.

The barbecue area is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the entire Guadalhorce Valley. As you will see, the space for use is completely defined for you, and even the access to the pool has a door so that the little ones in the house cannot access this space alone.

At the entrance to the main accommodation, you will see the rustic touch of the construction of the area, enjoying a spacious living room with kitchenette, kitchen, where you will enjoy preparing your lunches, with space to store your belongings, you will have no problems enjoying cooking.

A comfortable sofa and a cozy dining table complete this space where you can rest or watch television (Spanish national channels).

A comfortable full bathroom with a shower separates the access to the two bedrooms contained in the main house. One of them houses a double bed and the other two single beds, both have a window to the outside and space to store your luggage.

Le séjour s’est bien passé, le propriétaire était réactif et très gentil, il nous a conseillé et aidez sur plusieurs choses à faire sur place. C’était agréable même si la route qui mène au logement est assez désagréable, et se trouve en montagne.

Ce fut un excellent sejour.
La maison est conforme aux photos. C'est un veritable havre de paix. La maison est entourée d'arbres fruitiers et oliviers, ce qui amene une veritable intimité sans vis à vis. Biensur, il faut aimer la campagne et les montagnes.La maison est très propre, très bien équipée et la piscine est un atout majeur. Le village est à 5mn en voiture et on peut vraiment tout y trouver.Notre hôte Gabriel est une personne très sympathique. Il a été d'une attention, à notre arrivée Gabriel avait prévu des bouteilles d'eau, des glaçons (car il a fait très chaud) et une baguette de pain. En cas de besoin, Gabriel peut être aidant. Je l'en remercie infiniment.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Buen sitio para pasar unos días
Muy contento con el sitio, zona muy tranquila donde nadie te molesta y tú tampoco puedes molestar a nadie. Muy amables los dueños, que nos explicaron todo muy bien y no nos dieron ningún problema, en general buena experiencia :)

Fineste og reneste hus i dejligste omgivelser.
Fin og meget ren bolig med god indretning. Fantastisk beliggenhed med smuk udsigt og forholdsvis kort til alt ( 10 - 30 min ), supermarked og shopping. Den sødeste spanske vært/husejer, der kom hver anden dag og ordnede have og pool, samt spurgte til om alt var ok ( på spansk) Køkken faciliteter er ikke svarende til en bolig til 8 personer - en MINI ovn, samt to gasblus, - så skal der laves mad i hold. Man skal være opmærksom på, at bestiller man boligen til eks. 4 personer, så lukkes adgangen til det 3. værelse og 2. bad/toilet. Dette stod ingen steder da vi bookede, hvilket gav nogen udfordringer. Cubo's Holiday Homes som administrerer udlejning af boligen beder os ved ankomst ringe til ejeren og aftale for nøgle afhentning - han taler KUN spansk, hvilket gør det umuligt at kommunikerer per telefon. Det var ikke en hensigtsmæssigt velkomst.
